Hey! I put cornstarch directly onto my sores and it dries them out SUPER fast. The pain goes away within minutes sometimes. Just put it on once or twice a day and it will turn into a dry scab and fall off on its own. Hope this helps <3

Hi everyone. I'm currently on my first outbreak. I've had Aciclovir today and was proscribed gel too but the gel is out of stock until Monday (and it's Saturday) I've got go two whole days with nothing to put on my blisters, and I'm covered. I'm even at a point I'm howling when I pee it's so painful. Any recommendations of what I can put on the sores for now just to try and sooth them? Please, I'm desperate!

Hey everyone, I have recently been to the doctor and they said that they thought I had herpes. I am still waiting on the results tho. My experience has been quiet different tho.  I have absolutely no pain with my sore (it is one and it is on my panty line). This is my first outbreak. Does anyone else with herpes have it and doesn’t affect nothing they do? I honestly wouldn’t even know I had anything wrong if not just by noticing a spot. 

I got some broken sores just last week I bath with baking soda salt water and apple cider I mix it together and bath for 15minutes.

I just recently found out I have herpes. I'm not sure who or when I got it from. I can't help but constantly think that I will never find love again, never have a family of my own, and no man will truly love me for who I am with this god awful virus without thinking i'm a slut/whore/skank. Because of this I'm very sad and depressed. I've had about 3 break outs now since last year. Along with the usual break outs around the mouth, I have what look like warts on one of my foot, I also have 2 indents on my inner butt cheek that can be felt when rubbed over. Its so embarassing and just reminds me of what I have everytime I try to get sexual with a guy. Is this apart of the herpes to? How can I get rid off it? I'm talking to a guy right now who is very interested in me but I just feel like crying because I could never bring myself to tell him. At my age ppl openly bash others on social media for having std's, herpes, aids, etc. I just can't see myself ever being accepted with this ugly virus. I just picture myself finding a guy I love then telling him, and he walks away. Or me giving birth and people in the delivery room seeing that I have 2 skin indentations on my left butt cheek. I feel like Ill never truly be happy because I wasn't even happy before I found out I have this thing. I can't even kiss my nephew or nieces without being afraid of spreading it. I need help on what to do

I just gotten herpes/hpv within a year or 2 don't remember but I slept w/ a bk guy I meet online,I trusted him I felt stupid he said he was clean ,& after few days I felt like a paper cut on my vag area it hurt but i didnt worry about it then it started hurting worse the next day very bearable couldn't stand or lay down Comfortably & I told my bf that I slept w/ someone but it was one night stand I regret it,he wanted to have sex unprotectly but I said no cause some thing was wrong I started crying,i told him to show me to take a pic & i seen it,it was swollen,& looked bumpy very painful Idk what I hade but I told him I was in pain,& after few weeks w/ all pain I went to the doc finally,they tooked at him &said they knew what it was they said I hade blisters,& bumps & they Prescribe me a thing called acyclovir,I took it for few months I stopped it cause it just kept triggering my sores to come back to back to back I couldn't take it anymore or the coat or the expensive sh!t & gotten even worse when I stopped it but after it was better didn't come back for while but that dine & said i told my partner when we were taking a break I thought we broken up I thought I was gonna find someone new but he came back to me I said I hade herpes he was shocked but he said he would still stay with me & so the story goes on that doc she said to do a pap test but i said no not today cause how painful it was when there was blisters inside my vulva & peeing area it was all bad but Idk why I didn't have no emotions on me when I heard the news but know why I didn't but everyday I feel like killing myself cause of fact I have to live w/ this I know there's alot of ppl out there have it but I can't stand having it or dealing w/ it.like Idk why doc can't get there asses up & make a cure & not worry about other stupid cheap they put other money into making not isn't Necessary to anyone.theres ppl or partners out there that wouldn't want someone trhat has this or life w/ it or live w/ the pain like everyone else does,I want more kids or be w/ my same partner but it's stressful to even have herpes/hpv when ur partner is clean & ur not I feel filthy I tell him thaty,but he says he loves me but it just feels like it's to much for me even tho he cheated on me way before I ever have,i always need ppl that have the same thing as i do cause it's hard I have depression & anxiety it kills me inside not to do anything w/ myself.i want a connection Idk if I can deal with my partner I just want someone to love me not like his type of luv he is complicated.i want a man that has same thing as i do would want kids & have a happy life is that hard to ask

I had protected sex a week ago using a condom. This guy told me when we used to talk he had lesion on his stomach got it swabbed came back as hsv2 & hsv1! Then 6mo later blood test came back with only hsv1! After sex I got bumps on my butt that itches like crazy so I showered in apple cider vinegar and applied drying lotion to them.

Anyway a week after sex, I get a lesion on my upper but cheek and now I’m convinced it is what I’m thinking!! I heard oregano oil helps. Also after shaving I get red bumps what do you guys use? I use nappy rash cream and if needed hydrocortisone. 

When do I get a blood test? I think I need to wait some months! I’m worried and p****d off I shouldn’t of had sec with him. Even though he says he’s gotten blood test like 5 times and only hsv1 shows. Sigh! 

What creams do I buy for these ugly outbreaks? Also can I use cornstarch down there is it safe? To keep the area dry? I’m so p****d off and my period is 3 days late ... 

Ladies please post what you take to prevent break outs and what you use down there after shaving to get rid of redness and red bumps!! Anyone taking raw garlic every day? How do I do this method and ACV? how much do I drink etc. what do you use in your bath? I use acv.

I got herpes about a year ago, I've had about 6 or 7 breakouts, with 3 to 5 blisters, i really never feel pain, its more of the stigma that bothers me, however they only last about 2 to 3 days, I take carmax and put it on thick rapping it up like a mummy with toilet paper, it goes away very quickly

I personally prefer the dry out method. I have put things like neosporin and hydrocortisone on the sores and it hurts more when they are always moist. At night I sleep with gauze on the sores to keep the infection or discharge from spreading or burning the other sores. During the day I would probably try out baking soda, gauze will probably cause chaffing if you walk around with it in your pants.
