Excess saggy skin when flaccid

Hi,

I posted this as a reply to another post, but thought it might be better to start a separate thread.

I am a circumcised male, 30 years of age and I have a problem with the appearance of my penis shaft skin.

I believe my skin looseness issue was caused by one episode of overly rigourous masturbation many years ago, which left the area below my glans quite red and puffy, before settling down and leaving unsightly loose, saggy skin.

When I am flaccid its appearance makes me very self-conscious in front of sexual partners, particularly as I am quite small when soft anyway. It is almost like the skin bunches up like a closed accordion round the shaft with a cracked, wrinkly appearance where that skin meets the glans.

I would be incredibly grateful if someone could suggest something that could be done to retighten the saggy skin, and return my penis to a more normal circumcised appearance. I have investigated? whether creams which supposedly help firm skin elsewhere on the body (containing Q10, retinol, collagen etc, even raw shea butter!) would help here, but there's very little reliable info out there. I'm reluctant to have anything surgical done, both for reasons of safety and cost...

    Dont use preparation-h as it will cause erectile dysfunction or priapism in high or lengthy doses. John, my best guess is that you are getting up there in age and your body is most likely losing its ability to produce collagen. Without collagen your skin starts to sag. I'm sorry but there is next to nothing you can do for this. It takes a long time for mitosis to set in and cause this kind of thing to happen so I doubt it was result of your masterbation techniques. No one cares about how your penis looks flaccid- in fact many women dont really care for how it looks, the fact that you care and have thought about having surgery on your penis has me worried about your mental health.

    Same problem here. Have you found any solution mate? Don't you think our saggy skin will make our dick irritating and sour easily during intercourse?

      Exactly the same thing by the sounds of it, can you grab lumps of skin and it looks like a waterbaloon with a bit of water in it if that makes sense?

      Exactly how mine looks Except my penis only started getting the saggy skin about a year ago. I am 68 yrs. old and never had this problem before this as far as loose skin. Pic inclosed ~image

    How can we repair our dick skin? Won't we ever solve this problem? Loose skin might cause erectile dysfunction and sore, right?

    I used to take crystal meth to masturbate non stop for 10 hours each time. I did this thing for 30 times so far in last 1 year. I quit doing it for 9 months but recently I found out that I can't get my dick hard that much easily without porn and also my dick doesn't get hard for too long when i don't focus on porn. Is that erection problem permanent or will it be fixed automatically? Note that due to prolong masturbation, my dick skin got stretched and loosen, when its not erected my dick is flaccid and wrinkle looking. Will this loosen skin be problem on my sexual life? will my dick problems automatically heal?

    hi john hope you are doing well. I am facing the same problem and want to ask that have you find any solution. in discussion a medical doctor recommends preparation H has anyone tried that. I hope you understand my anxiety and will reply to this.

    my penis is in this condition, even worse.One thing I pay attention to is that there is no excess while the penis is erect. I am afraid to try Preparation-H because the skin of the penis may not be erect if the skin shrinks. I wouldn't care if it didn't bother me, but the excess skin is very disturbing, I saw 2 doctors and I haven't found a solution yet.
