I have had restless leg all my life, I thought it was natural and everyone had it, but this last 7 years it has gone really bad and when it comes on I even have it in my arms. To me it feels like you are half way though a good stretch but it never finishes so you are stuck with that feeling, cannot stop still, have to walk on the spot and start punching and kicking my punch bag it drive's me crazy, could punch and kick that bag too piece's, it over takes all my pain, the next day it feels like i'v gone 10 rounds with Mike Tyson and he has tried to pull my arms off, like my shoulders are coming out of their sockets, I never get it in the day though, always at night.

I do sympathise with all who have RLS, I know Fibro is terrible but if I could ditch one of them it would be restless legs. Before I had the Meds I thought I would go mad. I do know that those with Fibro in many cases also have RLS, you don't have to suffer your GP can prescribe for it.

Yes I get that, I feel like I get that in my arms too if that's possible.

Tonic water is supposed to help because of the quinine.

Pregablin gave me horrendous restless legs.

Also try cold shower over your legs, it works temporarily

Hi charlotte I will put some tonic water on my shopping list give that a try and try cold shower on my legs when go to bed in a min. Thank you for that. I tried pregablin when I was 1st diagnosed I had severe reactions to it so couldnt take it. Im no pain meds because of the severe reactions Ive had to everything Ive had. I just use wheat bags and hot water bottles take care gentle hug
