I think we all experience different symptoms with anxiety.  Are you on any medication because what you describe could be due to that?  My symptoms are all in my chest around my heart.  Other peoploe will tell you they have something else.  difficult to tell what your symptoms are due to.  There is probably someone else here who gets the same as you do.

      Hi Anne,

I'm not on any medication, finished Lansoprazole for gastritis over a week ago now.

I have been on Prozac in the past but came off it four years ago.

I sometimes take diazapam just 2mg when I have a bad panic attack but other then that only my vitamins.

I also get l the symptoms around the heart and so many more symptoms.  I have been through a lot in the last few years, think it's all built up and coming out in me with all these anxiety symptoms.   So horrible xxx

Yes.. It's been on and off for me for the past year. And then one day I got up from the couch and I got really lightheaded and the foggy head. Things were moving really slow, when it didn't go away for 24 hours I freaked out and called an ambulance. Long story short and after many many doctors and tests.. It was just anxiety. It's been about 2-3 months now and it's getting slowly better. I'm thinking about going on medication again because that worked last time in 2011.. I got on medication and fixed my diet and started exercising and stopped overworking and getting more sleep and I was able to get off the medications quickly and the anxiety never came back untill 5 years later when my lifestyle fell off again. I really do believe anxiety is your body just trying to tell you to stop the path you are on.. It could be from bad lifestyle choices like I listed^.. Trama and stress.. thyroid issues. A lot of people get anxiety from not being in the sun .. It could be anything.. You just have to find your root cause.. But the research saids .. Bad Lifestyle is the biggest cause for anxiety

Have you ever had your thyroid levels checked dear? If not you should see your primary care doctor asap. Possibile hyper or hypothyroidism. You might also want to get your blood sugar levels tested. You could possibly be a dietetic. Good luck!

That's exactly how I feel! I kept thinking it was a food allergy or not enough sleep so I'm so glad to have found this forum. I know that I have a lot of anxiety in my life right now and it sucks because there isn't much I can do about it. Glad to know that the foggy/full feeling in my head is anxiety related.
