Has the forum got M.E again ??

I found your article quite helpful.

I just recently had a diagnosis of CFS and did not believe or understand what it was about. It is good to know in your article that may there be some options and support to improve this condition. It is also helpful to know there are books or organisations that may be good for me during this period. I have found that doing a little bit of excercise make me tired but helps me to avoid depression or feeling part of the community.

    Hello friends

I am trying a supplement called Maca which is a Peruvian turnip that is claimed to have energising properties and be full of stuff our bodies ned to function well.

Google it, it explains all about it and it is totally harmless. I have been having it for 10 days now and, if I am not imagining it, my head seems less dizzy and a bit clearer. My sweating at night has reduced a bit as well, whether it is caused by the ME or the menopause. I will let you know how I get on.

BTW, it also claims to increase libido

I was wondering maca worked for you? I see you posted this a year

      Ago and I'm thinking about

      Trying it.
