Having internal body vibrations/buzzing.

I've been experiencing these body vibrations/buzzing for about 2 months now. It started out mostly at night waking me up between 1am to 4am..if I try to sleep through it it gets worse and even into my head. I've had several really bad mornings where its been so bad I get out of bed in a panic wondering what is wrong...of course this has lead to very little sleep the last couple months. Lately it goes on all day too. At night I can "calm" it with a glass of wine but only to wake up vibrating again. I've been taking anxiety meds and they have no effect. Tried muscle relaxers and they have no effect. I've changed my diet and taking vitamins with no effect. I'm 50 years old and pre pausel as I've had on full period I'm 7 months. Im so tired of dealing with this. Anyone else having this same thing? If so what have they done about it?.I have a doctors app. in two days.

I know this is going to seem crazy, but no one has mentioned cell phones or Wifi... I saw where these teens did a science fair project on cell growth in plants and the effects wifi had on them. They put one set of seeds in a room with wifi and the other set in a room without wifi signals. The plants with the wifi didn't grow, the plants without wifi grew beautifully. They started the experiment because they noticed when they had their phones in their rooms at night didn't feel rested.

My husband is an electrician and he has told me some crazy stories about his experiences and others with high voltage electricity.

I sleep with my phone next to me, i dont know about anyone else but I'm willing to put my device in another room to see if it helps.

To me it doesn't sound crazy, I've mentioned it before myself. I'm member of a FB group of people suffering from the radiation of nearby cell towers/WIFI and/or low frequency noise and all of them including me experience internal buzzing, tingling and vibrations.

BTW, I would never sleep with my phone next to me or in my bedroom, not even when it's on airplane mode.

I turn WiFi and my phone off for the night. Always.  I am still having symptoms. Besides when you connect to your WiFi you see tens of other people networks, that means they are affecting your space. Having said that I am absolutely sure it DOES interfere with my body electrical system. Also check for smart meters on the walls of your home. We literally need to spend a night on the ground in a wilderness to see if we still would vibrate. ANd watch out for upcoming 5G antennas, that would be a real killer for all.

Hi kay, this past Saturday I thought I was losing my mind, the bed was vibrating and I stood up and the floor was vibrating. I threw on clothes, grabbed my purse and was ready to run out of the house, thinking we were getting ready to have an earthquake. When I open the door Saturday morning everything seemed normal. There was no one else standing in their doorway at my townhome complex and a couple of people were getting in their cars, anyway long story short I sat down in the recliner trying to calm myself and think for a minute. I noticed that the water bottles sitting on a tray table we're not vibrating and I realized that it was me. I Googled internal vibrations and was shocked to realize it was a thing and happy that I was not losing my mind.I called my doctor and he told me he couldn't prescribe anything until he checked my electrolytes . I told him my electrolytes would probably be low because I've had some diarrhea which is normal for me because I'm on chemo I have multiple myeloma I've had it since the beginning of 2006 and I was in remission for almost 11 years and then it came back in the end of 2015 and now I found out 2 weeks ago I'm in remission again. I'm 54 years old and had been sick all last week prior to the Tremors on Saturday, after taking the prevnar 13 shot which my cancer doctor told me to get. My primary care doctor told me to drink Gatorade so that's what I did the whole weekend along with water. The tremors eased a lot on Sunday,I felt a lot better. Did bloodwork on Monday. I still have the Tremors but they have calmed tremendously. I still drink Gatorade just not as much and not every day. My doctor said my calcium was low and everything else was normal. I take 500 mg calcium with D3 daily and my doctor told me to increase that by 600 mg daily. I couldn't lay down Saturday or Sunday it gave me a headache so I slept in the recliner but as the Tremors became less noticeable on Monday I was able to lay down. I'm hoping the Tremors will go away eventually. Hopefully the Gatorade and the increase in calcium will be all I need. I try to remain calm for this,I have a lot of other health issues so I try to keep stress to a minimum.I hope this helps.

Hi Susan, Crystal & Linda. I too am sensitive to that low frequency hum. and I am surrounded by people with hot tubs & swimming pool pumps.  Ive had it for 6 years now, just started one day as a pump, pu pu pu ... and I didn't know where it was coming from. The power went off in our neighbourhood one night and I figured it out it was coming from inside my head.  I have been to see everyone, usual ENT's & neurologists & alternative professionals.  I have had the odd wonderful sensation of everything stopping after I fly. Sometimes for 2 days I can hear the quiet inside and out, meaning that I am not sensitive to external noise, and it's wonderful.  But it doesn't last.

That roaring and vibrating in my head has now progressed to my whole body quivering, buzzing, vibrating non stop 24/7.  Im going to try progesterone as soon the pharmacist makes it up for me.

I'm also working with an holistic dentist who is working to get my jaw re-aligned into its proper position so that everything works the way it is supposed to. Im starting to realize that the health of the jaw is everything. It supports the whole head, all the cranial nerves come drown thru various teeth. and when you jaw is alignment, your neck is in alignment.  Based on scans, my dentist has built up my back teeth temporarily before anything more permanent. Once we have it just right, he will place something more permanent.   2 weeks ago, I went in for a slight adjustment on my bite, came home, no noise, no vibrating, I felt so normal and so good.  Last until the middle of the night.  Yesterday the same thing, a slight adjustment in my bite, came home, no noise, no vibration, felt so wonderful.  And when I'm quiet inside, the pumps don't bother me.  It's only when everything is vibrating and shaking inside that they drive me crazy because they are intensifying what i am already experiencing.

Unfortunately, it all came back again during the night.  But to know it can be paused for awhile after being so chronic gives me hope.
