Having internal body vibrations/buzzing.

I've been experiencing these body vibrations/buzzing for about 2 months now. It started out mostly at night waking me up between 1am to 4am..if I try to sleep through it it gets worse and even into my head. I've had several really bad mornings where its been so bad I get out of bed in a panic wondering what is wrong...of course this has lead to very little sleep the last couple months. Lately it goes on all day too. At night I can "calm" it with a glass of wine but only to wake up vibrating again. I've been taking anxiety meds and they have no effect. Tried muscle relaxers and they have no effect. I've changed my diet and taking vitamins with no effect. I'm 50 years old and pre pausel as I've had on full period I'm 7 months. Im so tired of dealing with this. Anyone else having this same thing? If so what have they done about it?.I have a doctors app. in two days.

I'm 36 and vibrations started today and now it's been 10 hours. What is this pulsation n how do I stop it? It's very annoying and scary. It does not hurt, just feels like I have my cellphone in my pocket and it vibrating, only one part of my body feels it.

the "dream of suffocating..." made me wonder if you might actually be having an issue where you stop breathing while you're asleep. It's not that uncommon, especially if you snore. Hopefully you've got help by now, if not it may be something to look into.

Hi.I have been having the same symptoms for around 6 months and very frightening.
I have recently had blood tests by my Endocrinologist due to having Hypthyroidism and my Folate levels have come back deficient.
Read up a lot about this and one of the symptoms of B12 and Folate are vibrations in body.
Just started on supplements and I'm hoping that these will ease the sensations.Good luck

I’m wondering:
Does any of you have a metal in your body?
Has anyone taken lyrica or Gabapentin for pain?
Do you all have heart errithmias or have taken heart meds every
Any blood test reveal anything?
Anyone have low levels of B12?
Anyone have Sleep apnea or have been ol told they snore?

I’m 39. I started having this constant vibration for the past week out of the blue. I just had my annual physical and full lab panel last month and I’m 100% healthy.
However when it started it was non stop.
At first I kept looking for my cell phone because I felt it vibrating. Realizing it was in my hand I was confused. I would be at work, holding a conversation and it would happen for about 15 minutes non stop throughout the day for 3-4 times a day. Oh! It just stopped... wth is going on. The vibration feels like the feeling of holding an active blender or vacuum. I haven’t told anyone because I’ll seem crazy. So I typed it up online and I’m now here. I seem to feel it in my core below my stomach near my uterus but behind it.
I have no idea ?? but I’m going to give it another week.
I started to think is this a precursor for a stroke or something? I dunno.

Do you have any ringing in the ears?
Do you have tingling or numbness anywhere?
The fact you were holding a conversation and it started tells me that there may be some TMJ going on. But because it’s going through your body, it also makes me wonder if your atlas is going off slightly.
I would definitely see TMJ doctor and then find an atlas chiropractor (note they are totally different than a regular chiropractor).

Have any of you ladies asked to check TSH, T3, T4, & TSH receptor antibody blood work to check for Graves Disease; a type of Hyperthyroidism? Graves can easily be misdiagnosed as anxiety. S/S of Graves Disease can be anxiety, weight loss with increased appetite, loose stool, heat intolerance, trouble sleeping among other things .... all things that women associate with menopause as well. Good luck ladies!

Thank you, though, for the heads up on this issue. Someone else may need it.

I don’t go until September 5th and I’m sure it will take several months to know if it is helping, but Dr. Centeno from Colorado seemed very optimistic.
Do you have a TMJ doctor? My TMJ doctor said he’s read a lot about how stem cell is helping TMJ patients; he also wants to know how I will progress with this stem cell procedure.
I would suggest you go see an ATLAS chiropractor for your neck. That would help relieve the pinching and some of your symptoms from that.
Here’s the website to find an atlas chiro in your area.
Do you have vibrating through your whole body?
