Having internal body vibrations/buzzing.

Posted , 170 users are following.

I've been experiencing these body vibrations/buzzing for about 2 months now. It started out mostly at night waking me up between 1am to 4am..if I try to sleep through it it gets worse and even into my head. I've had several really bad mornings where its been so bad I get out of bed in a panic wondering what is wrong...of course this has lead to very little sleep the last couple months. Lately it goes on all day too. At night I can "calm" it with a glass of wine but only to wake up vibrating again. I've been taking anxiety meds and they have no effect. Tried muscle relaxers and they have no effect. I've changed my diet and taking vitamins with no effect. I'm 50 years old and pre pausel as I've had on full period I'm 7 months. Im so tired of dealing with this. Anyone else having this same thing? If so what have they done about it?.I have a doctors app. in two days.

Hi everyone. Just stumbled onto this feed almost by accident as I was curiously googling what google could tell me about vibrations in the human body.

I'm not an expert & you don't have to believe me. It's always up to each individual to do their own re-search. These days there are tones of information at our disposal through our finger tips.

I cannot say that what I am about to share with you will be useful for everyone. All I can hope is that it will bring a different understanding and avenue for you all to explore that might bring anew understanding & relief to this experience.

I think it's absolutely fascinating and wonderful to live in a time were people can come as a group to share what ails them & thus possibly, discover new physical phenomenon that were never talked about before.

Anyway, I hope some of you would be open enough to explore and dig deeper into what I am about to share with you.

1st of all one has to accept that our bodies are not just a construct of matter. Our bodies are also made of invisible energies, that are this point in our human history science is only at the beginning of quantifying.

A lot of people are energy conduits in ways that are not yet recognized in normal , everyday society. Some people can gather too much of that energy and have no way of releasing it or channeling it into something positive because our society is averse to esoteric teaching & understanding.

My recommendation is to look into crystals, shunguites, healing quartz & other grounding stones to help channel those extra energies out of your bodies. if that information is not your cup of tea, do as much walking as possible barefoot in the grass, preferably in the place that is not full of pesticides even if it is a small area.

For those who are lucky to leave near a beach or natural occurring big bodies of water , also walk barefoot there. It's a natural way of grounding oneself & releasing those energies from the body.

For those of you who can be open to the esoteric "sciences", it is worth understanding that vibrations, is the natural way the body tunes itself to the frequencies it seeks. This can be hard for people to understand as most of us think that we are our bodies & that we control every aspects of its existence & reality.

Also, another thing to bare in mind is that our guides & angels also use those vibrations to heal us, as well as to download information & communicate to us. That's why meditation of all sort can be beneficial too as it will help smooth out the line of communication that needs to be established & diminish the most unnerving side effects of those vibrations or buzzing or ringing in the ears.

Another hard thing to absorb is that, some folks are literally energy conduits between Mother Earth & Source (God), using their own bodies to actually spread love, healing & certain messages to people in the world with the help of those those vibrations.  A lot of people go through life wondering what is their purpose in life never knowing the value & the magnificence of their own perceived boring existence.

What surprises me in all of this, is the prevalence of this, between pre or menopausal females. This is new to me but I am sure this is significant.

Again I am not saying that this is an answer for everybody. I'm just suggesting to those of you who haven't found positive results through modern medicine to look into energy working & healing. It is not always easy to find really good ones, but that will have to be your own homework.

I am encouraging you to be open to learn to meditate to calm the mind, ignorer to learn to separate from that chatty mind & reach a space where one can learn to make the difference between the mind chatters from their own voice & eventually learning to tune into the voice of intuition & guidance. Which is the voice of your higher self, your guardian angel & other spirits guides.

One last thing. Diet plays a big role into making those natural occurrence to become difficult & unpleasant experiences.

If that's a lot of woo-woo for some that's alright, just ignore it all. Sharing is caring.

So I have shared what I know. So good luck folks. Lots of love.

      Hello John,

I feel there has to be a solution to this vibration. Each person seems to have different things that trigger it. I had ringing in my ears all my life. I came to find out I was born with spinal stenosis. Going to an ATLAS CHIROPRACTOR, one who deals with the atlas bone at top of spine and goes 2 years longer than a regular chiro, helped me live most of my life significantly better. I believe that a fall may have triggered my next problem, but it was so slow that 3 years later, I now recall it. I slipped and fell twice in one winter on the back of my head.

In time my head and ears buzzed. I couldn’now lay backwards and had to curl up forwards into a ball. Ended up having dislocated discs in neck. Therapy didn’t help. This created cervical myelopathy, which can kill. Had surgery, but eventually mowing the lawn brought back myelopathy (which includes vibration/ringing from head to toe). Had second rush surgery because myelopathy was killing me from spinal stenosis. The ears and vibration would come back as soon as we started any rehabilitation. They found out through my persistence, that I had TMJ from the neckbrace and how I slept. It had jammed my jaw. This TMJ effects everything from the atlas falling off and causing chaos with the nerves/spine as well as the facial nerve issues. Talking, chewing, laughing can cause the vibration down to the feet. It’s continuous, but it can increase.

I am going for TMJ stem cell therapy to try to stabilize the TMJ. Doctor Centeno in Colorado says TMJ can cause a lot of problems through the whole body. Hoping this will help. Go in September.

Meantime, I find cryotherapy (where they freeze my body to minus 300 degrees) helps relieve the fibromyalgia (which is part of the vibration/rug burn feeling I have). I also use gabapentin.

So don’t give up. It starts from the top down. You just have to get someone to believe. I am also seeing my third neurologist who thinks that it may be a nerve disorder, but because I was healthy before this, I believe it’s more from the structure of my body versus a nerve disorder. However, I have to check it all out.

Rasta: Hi. You symptoms are similar to almost everyone here that you had some kind of head or spine injury. But your “when I stand up I feel drunk” concerns me. Please go see a neurologist. I think it’s very important for you to go to the doctor for that. Ok

Also if you can see if your doctor will test you for LYME’s disease. I found the first article on “vibrations in the body” it was attributed to Lyme’s disease. It said the bacteria attacks the nervous system and reeks havoc. This could also explain your episodes of feeling light headed “drunk”.  Please let us know if you find any helpful information. Good luck. I hope you feel better.

Can Lyme disease  be treated even if not found till years later and its attacked all these things?

    Good Morning ladies,

So grateful to find this thread. The shaking thing is absolutely no fun.

I am in the middle of this hormonal transition too and was completely surprised by the whole thing.  I finally started taking a small dose of CBD to help the hormonal anxiety and stop the shaking including sleep....It really works...I am told by my peers that the shaking will stop at some point. Let us all hope. This is a humbling experience and am grateful for my faith because this is the not easy...

I am new to this forum but I was googling body vibration and came across this discussion. I am 58 years old and have had random full or partial body vibrations for the past two years or so. I am post menopausal by about four years now with no associated problems. I recently had a full blood work up with no Thyroid or vitamin B deficiency. I do not consider myself jumpy or nervous in any sort of way. I do have arthritis in my hands and feet but this is most likely due to family genetics, and to my being way over weight. I too have vibrations that start mostly in my pelvic region and then go up to my chest and to my feet. When it is in my chest it actually makes me cough a little. I can even feel the vibration in the ground that I walk on. If I put my feet up...I don't feel it as much. It is very disturbing for me too. I commiserate with you and with everyone else. I too drink a glass of wine on occasion to relax me and sometimes that helps, but I do agree, it starts up again. I don't know who to go to for help with this. I have had a full brain MRI and full hearing test.....all is normal. I do live sometimes with Vertigo. Don't know if that is something that anyone else has too. It is a mystery and my live in Boyfriend is just beside himself because there is nothing that he can do for me or to say to me to help it go away. I would really like some new input on this too. If anyone has anything new to offer I am all ears.

      Hi denysa01855,

Sorry to hear all that you are going through as I can empathize with all that you’re going through.   I have gotten my vibrations down to very very low to almost unnoticeable During waking activities.    The only times I really notice it is upon falling asleep or waking from a sleep.

I got mine down to this level by doing a full body detox for 10 days.  This apparently reset my immune system.   Also while detoxing, I did not eat any sugary foods, also no caffeine, no alcohol, no starchy foods like potatoes and rice or beans and corn, no meats to include lunch meats, no fish or seafoods, no nuts or seeds,no whole grains or cereals, and no dairy. I only drink 16 ounces of the detox liquid 3 times a day and ate only organic steamed or lightly stir fried vegetables and organic, grass fed eggs.  I also drank a cup of organic bone broth with mineral salt or kombucha seaweed first thing in the morning and throughout the day to meet protein needs.  The detoxifying liquid was made of 2 tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar from the Mother type only,  juice of  1 whole squeezed lemon, and a quarter teaspoon of cayenne pepper all in 3 quarts of  filtered or distilled water.   Before I drink the detox liquid I would have a tablespoon of coconut oil to coat my stomach.   The only fats I would eat on my veggies or eggs was coconut oil, olive oil, and grapeseed oil, It is OK to eat a little bit of butter but it should be organic.

Along with this diet I took supplements.

I would take one of the following supplements each day according to the dosing on the bottle.   One type of supplement is good each day you don’t have to take all of them in the same day. Just so long as you’re taking one. They include the following:  L – glutathione 250mg 2xs/day 1 at noon and 1 right before bed time,  Molybdenum Glycinate 1 capsule,  and Milk Thistle 80% Silymarin,  and Chlorella  broken cell wall tablets for detoxify and alkalizing 4 tablets.  All supplements must be vegan gluten-free soy free dairy free sugar-free.

The only vitamin I would take every day is vitamin C 500 mg one capsule per day along with the supplement.

I know this is pretty strict diet but is only for 10 days a small price to pay for feeling better. If you can’t do 10 seven should be good. After you get your vibrations down there’s a whole Nother phase to go through and I can tell you more if you want to check back with me. Also if you are religious just pray every day and read the word it really helps to keep you grounded and hopeful.

Many blessings and best of luck.

Hi Jackie, thank you for responding to my inquiry in the discussion. WOW, that is a regimen that I am not sure that I can do right at this time, but I am sure it is a cleanse that I most likely need. I give you a lot of credit for sticking with this diet because I know that it can not be easy or inexpensive to maintain. I realize that fasting on occasion is one of the healthiest things that we can do for our bodies. If you say that it really helped keep the vibrations down within your body I am willing to try it for ten days and see what happens. Gotta gear up for it though, I think. As far as being religious goes, I do pray but most likely not enough. Who can ever pray enough in this time of history?! You have inspired me to be more healthy and more aware of how diet plays a part in everything and in every aspect of our lives. Thanks so much. And sending God's blessing right back to you too.

I just wanted to find out if anyone with this buzzing issue has had before two years ago?

I’ve had it for over 2 years, almost 3

Angela, I have had this weird phenomena for almost three, if not three years. I know that I wrote two but I am sure it is closer to three. Time flies when you are not having fun...you know? I also would like to know if anyone has had it past three years. I really don't believe that it is a natural response to some para or menopausal women. Men get it too. If you google body vibration on your computer a whole slew of things come up. I believe that it can be a very controversial subject that needs to be explored a little bit further in other ways as well as. I don't know why I vibrate at times. It is not fun at all. It makes me cough when it gets in my chest and that isn't good. I wish that I had the answers. Take care
