Having internal body vibrations/buzzing.

I've been experiencing these body vibrations/buzzing for about 2 months now. It started out mostly at night waking me up between 1am to 4am..if I try to sleep through it it gets worse and even into my head. I've had several really bad mornings where its been so bad I get out of bed in a panic wondering what is wrong...of course this has lead to very little sleep the last couple months. Lately it goes on all day too. At night I can "calm" it with a glass of wine but only to wake up vibrating again. I've been taking anxiety meds and they have no effect. Tried muscle relaxers and they have no effect. I've changed my diet and taking vitamins with no effect. I'm 50 years old and pre pausel as I've had on full period I'm 7 months. Im so tired of dealing with this. Anyone else having this same thing? If so what have they done about it?.I have a doctors app. in two days.

hi all
ive been doing some research n not sure if you can relate but im beginning to wonder if this is menopause related or not ..ive been reading up on EMF elctro magnetic field ..ive noticed if im in my mobile too long the buzzing gets worse or if im around wifi too long ..its just clicked into place as i was recently in hospital under all those lights and around all that wifi and electrical equipment n i actually felt worse when i came out of hospital ..maybe its something you could all look into ..i have a smart meter which are apparently 1 of the worst things for giving off emf so im going to request it be taken out ..please let me know if this vibrating could be to do with that ..if it is god help us when 5g comes fully into circulation 😦

I've bought a meter that measures radiation. emf, rf and magnetic. the worst areas in our house is the microwave which reaches into the surrounding rooms, and the base off our cordless phones, and the laptops from one direction ie along the horizontal. some corners of our walls seem to emit very high rf and ive no idea what is causing it. the meter box and smart meter really dont seem to be that bad in comparison.
do you turn phone to airplane mode at night and wifi off?

i get a feeling of fluid in my right ear but it never comes out . Ive taken diuretics hoping to get rid of fluid buildup in the ear but it doenst help. I have cut my estrogen cream by half but it didnt make a difference. I am going to try irrigating my sinuses with a neti pot and see if that helps Is anyone else in estrogen replacement?

I've found i had a sinus infection. thats clear now but now i get funny liquid which seems to be draining from eustacean tubes, saliva glands and nasal cavity down back of throat. my head feels like its filling up with liquid when i lay down.
I've been to dr many times till they think im nuts. the osteopath, physio who all think i clench my teeth. I'm down to see ear nose and throat specialist and spinal neck specialist to see if i can get a cat scan. My neck seems affected too. is anyone else gett8ng the liquid draining in their throat the whole time? At least the buzzing seems to have eased off.

The atlas in the neck can cause alot of issues. in fact, the tmj and atlas are very related and are right night to the ear. And then it's just a domino effect. Try an atlas chiropractor. And get a better tmj doctor. Valerian can help anxiety as well. The atlas effects the whole spine.

i had an upper cervical (atlas) adjustment by an upper cervical chiropractor 6 months ago and i noticed it really helped. But when I went back he just said the adjustment was holding. I need to go back. I did a netipot and have lowered my dise if estradiol and it seems to be helping too

this article is about how estrogen controls how we hear sound I am not sure if this is the issue but for me all of this started when I got estrogen pellets. It went away when they wore off then stated back since I have been on estrogen cream. It really seems that there is a hormone component to this
