Having internal body vibrations/buzzing.

I've been experiencing these body vibrations/buzzing for about 2 months now. It started out mostly at night waking me up between 1am to 4am..if I try to sleep through it it gets worse and even into my head. I've had several really bad mornings where its been so bad I get out of bed in a panic wondering what is wrong...of course this has lead to very little sleep the last couple months. Lately it goes on all day too. At night I can "calm" it with a glass of wine but only to wake up vibrating again. I've been taking anxiety meds and they have no effect. Tried muscle relaxers and they have no effect. I've changed my diet and taking vitamins with no effect. I'm 50 years old and pre pausel as I've had on full period I'm 7 months. Im so tired of dealing with this. Anyone else having this same thing? If so what have they done about it?.I have a doctors app. in two days.

i just went to a physio who says i clench my teeth. He says to try moving my lower jaw a little forward to align my top and bottom teeth whenever i think of it and try and keep my jaw relaxed. apparently one side of my jaw has a much more pronounced muscle which may be contributing to my problems. try tensing your jaw muscles and see if one is bulkier than the other.

I am starting to think it is all to do with my neck and atlas joint.

Most doctors don't even understand the atlas at all. Haven't for years and that includes spine surgeons. I had to neck surgeries, including fusion. I literally went from my bed to a chair. Along with tmj, CRPS, Fibromyalgia. They all told me to go home and if I get better, I get better. Even when I told them about the atlas (not their specialty).
Luckily my atlas chiro knows of the latest things. He sent me to Dr. Centeno in Broomfield, CO. I became the 31st person to get stem cell therapy in the atlas. Not easy to get to because it's in your skull, but he's the originator of stem cell and on the cutting edge to get to atlas.
I'm finally starting to feel the stability of head, which effects every part of the body. He can help you decipher if it's atlas in your own home town. Give him a call. Mention my name, Angela Schneider. He can help.

I've also had this internal vibrating/buzzing in my neck and head for some months now. One neurologist had me on neurotins which didn't do anything by make me feel strange energetic sensations. I switched doctors and am pleased to say he pinpointed knots and super tight muscles in my neck and shoulders. Since going to physical therapy my symptoms have gotten much better. Deep massage made the buzzing much worse and was just too much. Sleep has been extremely difficult but also improving. He also suggested I use a low dose of ativan at night to get rest. Hope this helps.

Hi there. I have been having these inner shaker or buzzing for few years. It would come on and off and it was so bad, as you describe. I somehow worked out that I was chronically underslept. But this is the key - going to bed after 23h is too late. I had to go to bed before 22h in order to get the sleep i wanted which then settled the bussing. It's hard to fall asleep so early but if you keep trying your body will get used to it and eventually you fal asleep. Sleep before the midnight is really different and charges the body in a different way. It's due to a connection our body has with the vibrations of the elements of the Earth (will not go into long descriptions). Long time ago before electricity people used to go to bed shortly after the dawn and this charges the body differently.
I had problems of falling asleep so i used alternative means such as hot milk with organic honey (organic is very important as most normal honey is worst than not having it sadly - have bees so trust me I know about this), or tinctures made of howthorn (it's great for the nervous system, calming down and for the heart which causes i think these inner shaking), tea from lemon balm plant (it grows at the back of my garden), or calming essential oils in the evening (put in the burner or just 1-2 drops on your skin), ... there are many alternative things to help a good sleep. Looking into a screen (any screen even on mobile) 1-2 h before trying to fall asleep is also not great as the eyes don't get the signal they should switch off ... so basically try to get a very good and regular sleep from 21 or 22h (basically before 23h the best) and you will see that the internal zaps will slowly heal. Good luck and let me know whether it helped you. Light to all!

They deleted my replies as well. Guess they're the experts or maybe they don't want people, talking to one another.

sleep apnea is the cause. Blue light would effect sleep and make it worse

ps: the anxiety could also be caused by the chronic sleep (good sleep before 23h ideally) deficiency. When the nervous system gets weakened by the lack of sleep then it becomes too sensitive and have a lower ability to accept the normal flow of events. The key is to get a good sleep several days one after another, leave everything and just sleep. You might find out that it was that simple. I had to force myself since the panic attacks didn't allow me to leave things, i was almost thrown into hectically doing things but it was not in the right fashion, it was in a sort of frenzy. I had to break to circle by being strict and strong and just went to bed no matter what .... it really helped and if I do this there's no more anxiety or attacks. I really hope it will help you since i know how horrible and vulnerable one feels

i feel your pain! As soon as i drift off to sleep i feel like my heart gets slow and my head feels weird. I Also have the buzzing! Do your muscles feel like they are twitching?
Somtimes my heart feels like its beating fast, but when i check it, its only like 70-80 beats per minute! This is so aggravating!
