Help small groups of spots under foreskin, fordyce, hsv, yeast ?

had sex in sept 2017 condom broke, didnt think nothing of it , these showed up around feb 2018 small ones , had them for a year and half , anyone know what it could be

    Same as the other replies, these look like normal fordyce spots to me.

    I got rid of mine by coincidence with Clotrimazole 1% cream which I was using for an unrelated yeast infection. Before the using the cream I have had those fordyce spots for 20 years. Hope this helps anyone else, although they don't cause any discomfort except when you look at them.

      really thats interesting , if u dont mind , how many weeks or days of the cream did it take , were yours just as bad , ill give it a try let u know what happens thanks

      did you use the cream on your penis? and for how long?

      i used it twice a day for 14 days. At day 10 was when it was noticeable.

    Hi i'm 16 and i have got the same thing for a few months now but ive not yet had anyone sexual intercourse i've been told there foydce spots but i don't know how to get rid of them.
