HOW TO CURE ANAL FISSURE QUICKLY...

Hi Everyone - I can tell you how to cure Anal Fissure's quickly...
Firstly, my experience was horrible just like everyone else. I have read that it can be more painful than childbirth! Mine started from an overly large bowel movement that ripped me in 3 places. The pain was so bad that i passed out on my bathroom floor with blood and feecies hanging out of me when i woke up. The doctor gave me suppositories and anasthetic cream but nothing was working. I have concucted a reigime that has cured it in nearly three days. When i read on forums that it can take a few weeks i said to my self 'There is no way im living with this pain for that long'! EVERYTHING HURTS.... Sneezing, Laughing, Coughing, Walking, Sitting, Lying down... the list goes on... follow these steps and it cleared up 3 days.
1. Your going to need a few things from the shop - The first is Anusol Cream (despite people saying its not as good as preperation H and other stuff its has worked wonders for this reigime and is designed for anal fissures and hemeroids. The second is COCONUT OIL (MAGIC STUFF).... Anchient chinese cultures still use this to heal wounds of all kinds and this really was the turn around stuff for me. Thirdly... Ibuprofen for temporary pain relief and lastly Dulcolax tablets... I will show you how to use all these products for a quick repair in a minute...
2. Psychology ... DO NOT sit at home and wollow in pain and sadness. Go to work, see your friends, live a normal life but be careful. Positive mentality keeps you relaxed and promotes healing. When i was at work i barely felt any pain because i was so distracted, but when i was at home it was constant pain. Make sure you do this, im certain this has really helped. Also do not be affraid to tell people exactly whats wrong with you, i have found great amusment talking to people about it and 6/7 of the people i spoke to had been sufferers too, its nice to know your not the only one and you can see them well and happy!
Here is my reigime that saved me:
1. The night before take 1-2 of the Dulcolax, it doesnt kick in until the morning but you need this so you dont damage yourself further. It is not a laxative it makes it all soft and squidgy and it just falls outta you. Minimal pain.
2. In the morning your gonna need to have a bowel movement, before you do. Run a bath and put a few table spoons of cocnut oil in it. (hot bath), then have your bowel movement. Mine was too painful to wipe so as soon as i finished i hopped in the bath and the water IMMEDIATELY relives the pain (BLISS).. and the coconut oil moisturises and heals. Stay in there for a good 10-20 minutes and then i promise you it wont be hurting as much now so now you can apply the anusol cream.
3. Before you head off to work or start your day, take 2 ibuprofen. After all this, it will sting a little but by day 3 you can barely feel anything.
4. Make sure you take your ibuprofen after breakfast, lunch and dinner. I had high fibre cereal for breakfast, water all day normal lunch and whatever for dinner.
5. Make sure you re-apply cream if you have a bowel movement during the day. I tried to just have one in the morning so i could not aggrovate my anus too much.
6. After dinner, take your ibuprofen, run a bath with coconut oil and just sit and relax for as long as you can (make sure you put NOTHING in your bath except the cocnut oil as soaps and stuff can dry you out and make it worse).
7. Before bed, take your dulcolax again drink plenty of water and get good nights sleep.
This regime has fixed me in 2 1/2 days pretty much which i found amazing (i think it was the cocnut oil, which stings like a bitch but is AMAZING, i doesnt numb pain but it promotes healing). I am so pleased to be living a normal life again so quickly as i thought i would never be the same again. It is really important you dont fester at home doing nothing as it will only make it worse, go out, see the world and forget that its there.
Hope this helps people as it has really helped me and i wanted to share this with others.
Hope you all feel better soon! Keep smiling and never give up!!
Peace & Love

Aquaphor is a gel like substance similar to the consistency of Vaseline. It's used to heal dry and cracked skin. I place some in my rectum prior to any Bm and then again after Bm.
Aquaphor had made the pain and the cut better. However, if I eat meat the fissure tears.
This is why I try hard to keep my Bm soft. I blend a whole bowl of salad mix and a whole thing of spinach, blue berries, avocados, water, and 1/3 a cup of orange juice. I drink about a whole blender full of this stuff everyday. This makes my Bm soft. The spinach helps. I eat very little meat now because I find meat tears the fissure.
Before the Bm I sit in the sitzbath for 15 minutes. I get up and apply the aquaphor. Then I have my Bm. Then I place more Aquaphor.
I will mix Aquaphor with the coconut oil tomorrow. I'll let you know how that goes.
I read everything on the thread. Thanks for all the advice.

would almost pass out with each bowel movement. Coconut oil didn't do it for me. I would get my hot sitz bath with a little
Epsom saltz followed by a unscented wet wipe soaked with
witch hazel ready right before my bowel movement, this helped but not much. I was told to use prunes. At this point I decided I would try anything. I got some prunes and started out with 7 then the next day 5 that night I had a BM, it still hurt because the fissure was so sore and all, but not as bad as the one before
Then the next day 4 prunes, that night another BM, this time so much Less painful, then by the next nights BM I had absolutely no pain, soft smooth and easy that has been a while back and after suffering for 2 years I can now be NORMAL again. I still
take my 2 stool softeners, NOT LAXITIVE, and my 4 prunes a
day. I will continue this for the rest of my life. Never again do I want to be in such agonizing pain. Eat them right from the
container, they are better for you this way. Please read up on
the benifits of prunes, there are way more than just being able to use the bathroom easier. I Googled it and so glad I did. Hope this helps. God bless you and cure you.

I have started your regiment last night starting with the docolax. My first movement was still painful but the coconut oil bath helped alot. I had 2 other sit downs and they were not hard and didnt cause pain. One problem I think I had was over doing it on the fiber suppliments. I didnt dilute the metimusal enough so I believe it caused very bulky stools. Tonight I have no pain and hope this will continue. By the way the coconut oil feels really good on my skin as well. I just dont know if the fissure will ever completely go away. Any idea about that?

First, I am currently 5 weeks into my rectal fissure problem. I would say I'm about 95% improved overall. Thank god, because that was no fun at all. I would say I had about 3 weeks of pretty intense pain followed by a slow and gradual improvement over the next 2 weeks. I say I'm 95% and not 100%, because there is still mild discomfor on occasion, but for the most part it is healed and gone.
So here is what I found with regard to your (morris72638) comments:
1. Dulcolax - I went and bought it and used it. The problem is, Dulcolax is a laxative and it causes intense contractiors of the rectal muscles. That's not something one wants, because it is intense contraction that caused a tear in the first place. What I recommend is a stool softener if you are going to use a medication like this. Stool softeners to not stimulate the bowels to contract and cause a bowel movement. Instead, they just soften the stools. I found a stool softener much better. However, I didn't use a stool softener for too long either, because (for me) it still stimulated a small contraction, which still resulted in a spastic tightening of the lower rectum. That's a big part of what prolongs the healing of the injury and increases pain.
2. Ibuprofen - Yes! That worked great to take the edge off, and it worked great to shorten the amount of time the rectum stayed locked in spasm after a bowel movement.
3. Coconut Oil - It seemed to work a little, but I didn't think it brought me much relief.
4. Anusol - Again, it helped just a little bit, but not much for me. I guess you are looking for anything with lidocain in it to provide some numbing effect.
5. Hot Baths - HUGE! This is spot on. Take a lot of hot baths. It really does calm the rectum down and brings relief. However, I found that once I got out of the bathtub, the relief didn't last long and I had to go right back to ibuprofen. Again, the ibuprofen was probably the best relief I could have.
Here is what I would add and some comments:
A. **This is very very important** When you go to the bathroom to have a bowel movement, you have to teach yourself how to have a bowel movement and completely relax your bowels. NO PUSHING! Pushing only causes a more severe tightening of the rectal muscles, and prolongs the pain. It also slows down the healing of the fissure. That fissure needs to heal. It's a tear in soft tissue and muscle. When you push to eliminate the bowels, you can further tear a fissure that is already in the process of healing. You tear the tear even more. You don't want that. Teach yourself to relax completely. Let gravity do the work. Let it fall out. NO PUSHING!
B. Keep your rectum very clean. Do not scrape the toilet tissue against your rectum. Dab it. Literally take your fingers with the tissue at the tips, and push into your rectum just slightly. Not way up there, but with moderate pressure. OH! And make sure the tissue is wet. Use warm water from the tap. If you have to use cold water to make the tissue damp, it's far better than dry tissue. Dry tissue causes an already irritated rectum to get raw and tender. As a matter of fact, I dont' even recommend using tissue. Get directly off the toilet and go straight to the bathtub and squat and clean your rectum with warm water. Kind of like you would with a bidet. Clean clean clean. The cleaner you keep the area, the quicker it can heal, because poop has a lot of bacteria and impedes healing.
C. This is an even better way to have a bowel movement and it was recommended by a doctor - Fill up a warm bath (I liked it on the slightly hotter side) and have your bowel movement in the tub. YES...I know! That sounds crazy and gross. Just try it. I was apprehensive myself, but when i had to go, and I was dreading another painful movement, I finally tired it and it really helped. Don't be grossed out by it. Just do it, then let the tub water drain and the poo will god down the drain. It's actually a cleaner process than it seems. The warm water keeps your rectum relaxed; don't push; just let the bowel stuff fall out until complete; then empty the tub. It all drains out quite cleanly. Believe me. This one helped a lot when I was dreading my next movement. I didn't do it everytime I had a movement, but I did it enough times to bring relief when I really felt I needed it.
D. Continue to take ibuprofin. You will need it. I did. Whatever the recommended daily doses on the bottle were seemed to work. I might have taken one or two more tablets over a 24 hour period. I exceeded the recommended daily dose by a very small amount and I didn't have any adverse effects.
E. You have torn rectal muscle - A musce tear/injury of this type on anywhere in the body would be a 4-8 week healing process. That's just how long it takes for a muscle injury to heal. So, expect that amount of healing time. I am currently at 5 weeks, and I am 95%. That's pretty good. I followed this plan vigorously and it has seemed to work.
I thank morris72638 for sharing his plan with us. Some of it helped me. I think if you don't resolve in the 3 days it took him, then add my plan to his plan too.
Be patient. This might take awhile. If you keep it clean and completely relax when you have a bowel movement, you will heal and have no need for surgery. If it doesn't heal after about 8 weeks, and you are still in a lot of discomfort, you should probably see your doctor and discuss surgical options. A friend of mine who helped me through this with his recommendations eventually got surgery and he's never had an issue since. I just didn't want to go the surgical route and was willing to go the full 8 weeks before considering that next step.
All the best to you. I feel for you. It sucked for me. It was one of the most painful experiences of my life. Especially because I had to deal with it for so long. I conquered it and so can you. Good luck

Well here I am in the same boat as you. About 4 weeks ago I had four hemorrhoids banded. Since then the pain I’ve been in is incredible. I can barely function at times. The Dr referred me to another specialist who after a quick external exam found the fissure. So here I am on the compound cream for treating heart patients, warm baths, lots of fiber, water, etc. Still in severe pain! If I take one bm a day its manageable but if two happen to come along, well you know the rest.
I have made an appointment for an exam and possibly a procedure under anesthesia for next Friday. I found this forum and am intrigued with the coconut oil treatment. So I plopped some in the tub for about 15 minutes. This was my first time so not much to report so far.
I’ll keep you posted on my status. And oh yeah, great forum and info!
Thanks, Chris

in a sweat and shake all over. I cried and would beg God to
please let me be normal again. Then I tried the prunes. Happy to say it helped me tremendously, as a matter a fact they cured me. Not only did they help me to cure my very bad fissure, they also
Helped me to be regular. I have alway's went 4 to 5 day's between bowel movements, that was just my normal thing. But going
this long did make for huge and hard stools. But now I go every
day and it isn't diarrhea, it is just small soft and easy normal
Bowel movements. For some people prunes will produce
Diarrhea if to many are eaten, I found that 4 to 5 a day is the
exact amount of prunes I need to eat to keep me normal and
Pain free. I would recommend anyone living with fissures to
Give the prunes a try. I know everyone is different and what
works for one doesn't necessarily mean it will work for all. But
When you suffer this much pain, anything is worth a try. Do not
Boil the prunes they are way more better for you to eat right out
Of the container which is kept in the fridge! Good luck Chris, hope all goes well for you and you get healed from this terrible pain.
