Is it in your head, well for me I will say both yes and no, I know now that they dont really work, but they relax me enough not to worry about it all, I really want them gone altogether, make an appointment to see your doc and try with there help to come off them . there are so many bad side effects- I wont say mine stopped working after a few weeks, they seemed to work for months, but they have to go complettly, I hope you take the plunge and go see someone, I was told I could see a therapist or sleep clinic, I dont think you need this at all, just your own doctor who will ween you off at your own pace , and as others say, cut them in half, try it tonight take just one, if you cant sleep get up and after 30 mins go back to bed again and restart , hope all goes well for you

I was fearful and guilt ridden about going to my GP about the online ordering although mine too was from a reputable source, so that's why I am tapering with a pill cutter and weaning off them under my own steam. It seems to be working as now on 1/8 tablet a night .. and started the reduction from 7.5 mgm in June.
It is a psychological dependence you are right. I do Meditation classes as well and their exercises and techniques are really really helpful and beneficially addictive!!! Thanks for the supportive email. :-)

I do think we have to do this for US and that a doctors help is a must, and I know I feel better for it and hey, im not paying for them now either, but really want them gone .
I would imagne that your does most likly is not working now at all and so do you this is, is your last part psychological dependence , if so maybe a few days without it might just kick it altogether now.
Take care at leat your have really done something positive

I thought your last paragraph interesting about this 0.93 dose not working and that it was the last chapter of the psychological dependence. I thought that comment was very perceptive and has given me confidence not to be afraid of that final shove! So thank you! :-). I know you will be good too. Taking it slowly will bring lasting good outcome I think. x:-)

i take one 7.5mg a night and that usually gets me of to sleep ok.
i only seem to sleep for around five to six hours, but I reckon that's better than no sleep at All.
i do feel weary come the afternoon, but I put that down to my age and not a lot of sleep.
I think with all your medical problems your sleep is bound to suffer.
maybe not a good time to come of them. I find if I take more than 7.5 a night I feel hungover the next day.
i was once prescribed mirtazapine to come of them but they just didn't work for me and gave me side effects. Zops usually work and I don't have any noticeable side effects from them. Taking more probably wouldn't help if two don't help you to sleep. Hope you find a solution .
