I amazed

Hi, I bought a gel that I saw advertised on TV. It was advertised as relief for tired, sore, heavy and aching legs. It is called Loiton and its herbal. It's supposed to cool and sooth, take away pain, swelling and redness.
Well, it does all that. But the most amazing thing it does is, it has almost disappeared my scar!
Its not got anything about scars on the box. But my scar is now flat and smooth and pale.
I put it on after exercising and it's like icing without the ice. The cool feel doesn't last as long as ice, but it's nice.

I just got back from seeing my surgeon. He said I have a beautiful knee. He wants to see me again one year from my operation.
I asked about the numb part of my knee, he said it will always be numb, but it won't bother me after a while. He said its normal and it's because he cut through the nerves.
I showed him the Lioton and he said its fine, as long as I don't get any skin reactions he is happy for me to use it.

great news ...did you ask why you still get pain?
I'm sat here with ice pack on after having a rough night ....again... I must twist it somehow when I'm asleep ...I think I will have to tie it down ...lol
I can't wait for my tube of Lioton to arrive I only ordered a small one just to see if it suited me and if it does I will then order the larger one.
and it looks like I'm stuck with my numb knee ...but I had been told we might not get the feeling back
I'm glad everything is fine for you though
take care
Jean
ps....... Roll on Tuesday ....Lioton day

There was a guy in the waiting room waiting for a TKR. He had full leg tattoos ( remember, everyone wears shorts here) the tattoos were really intricate, it's such a shame they will be cut through.

What your Surgeon said about Tte pain makes me feel so much better as I've just been shopping and my leg feels like toothache ...lol
as for the man with the tattooed leg ...when his scar is fully healed he can have it made into a snake....I'm so full of bright ideas. Lol I'll have to start charging

Supposedly working from home but in reality resting and icing!
Hope you manage a decent night.
I have to sleep with my leg on a pillow - outside the cover. I find i can't bear anything to touch it on the side that's numb. Just irritates.
A small diazepam helps too. Just to relax a bit and get off.
Sleep well
