Hi, I bought a gel that I saw advertised on TV. It was advertised as relief for tired, sore, heavy and aching legs. It is called Loiton and its herbal. It's supposed to cool and sooth, take away pain, swelling and redness.

Well, it does all that. But the most amazing thing it does is, it has almost disappeared my scar! 

Its not got anything about scars on the box. But my scar is now flat and smooth and pale. 

I put it on after exercising and it's like icing without the ice. The cool feel doesn't last as long as ice, but it's nice.

    Good morning, I woke up sleeping on my side. That's a breakthrough for me. Strangley though, it was my bad side, but who cares!

    I am glad that the gel is also working for you. My sons friend has an awful skin allergy and last night he put some Lioton on his lumpy hand, in a few minutes it had stopped itching, wasn't red and was flat. He was astonished, so was I, because it's for legs, he spends a fortune each month on a specialist. I hope this is a help for him too.

    One word of warning, always wash your hands after massaging, even if you think it's not on them anymore. I rubbed my eyes last night and they got very sore. I didn't think I had any on my hands. My eyes are fine today.

    Off to the doctors, I need some more Panedeine forte.

      Its amazing how nature's pull m a makes you land that way. Almostakrs you leery of moving for fear you'll be in pain

      Hi Caz

      i actually sleep better on my bad side than my pod side

      i woke up this morning and my bed looks as if a tornado has hit it 

      the bottom sheet has disappeared off the end of the bed and the duvet is upside down and the wrong way round

      what a torrid night I must have had ...lol

      today my  gel should arrive that's. If it's not late due to the xmas post

      fingers crossed if it does get here iwill get a better nights sleep.

      Sleeping in your bed sounds fun. Actually it sounds like mine if I forget to shut the bedroom door and Freddie gets in!

      I really hope your gel comes today, please please don't forget to wash your hands after massaging, my eyes got very sore last night after I rubbed them!

      i've just applied my first lot of the Lioton I can't wait for it to kick in

      the instructions are all in a foreign language though

      Jean... Can you go to the mfg web site and look up instructions  and see if they are printed on English. If so you can print them . if not, download to your hard drive and ask your machine to translate. Sometime this can be right down funny as the original language do sent have words for English or the grammar completely sctews up the meeting.

       But i will look at what you've just said to double check on it 

      I've used it once today and yes It really does take the aches away

      the telling point will be if I get some sleep tonight

      I just google instructions for using Lioton gel ...and it says 3 times per day

      It says

      Directions for use: Apply the gel to the affected area 1-2 times a day or as required and massage until completely absorbed.

      Precautions: For external use only. Do not use on broken skin or on the area around the eye. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use on children below the age of 3 years old.

      Storage: store below 25degrees C

      Hi Jean, My dads family are all in Belgium, when they write to me on Facebook, I copy their posts and put them into a translator app. From French to English. Then I reply and translate that into French, copy and post on Facebook. They think I speak fluent French. Lol

      External use only, huh. Guess I couldn't put it on my oatmeal even if I could get it.
