You are SO not alone!!! Who invented menopause?

It's the worse ever. I could have written your discussion myself, we're mirrors. I'm 8 years in, a few years of better coping, but she comes back with a vengeance. I'd love to get off of this ride.

    Are you taking anything? Jamie

Hi Maria, I think you will find there will be a lot of ladies like you

(and all of us) at the yoga class. I have been to two and most of the

      Ladies there were over 45.

Nobody worries about it, trust me. You may even meet some new

people in the same boat, often I meet ladies who want to talk about

the symptoms of menapause they are experiencing ( maybe I just

      have one of those faces)lol😂😂

Hi Kim74983,  sorry I know your post is.  2 years old.  I have exactly the same dreadful Gastro problems.  Just wondering whether you’re any better ?

Okra pepscin by standard process works miracles on your digestive problems ... takes a while to kick in but once it does you’ll never have problems again !

Kim, I hear you. I can relate, entirely. Please try and see your doctor, or better yet--a specialist and ask about Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT). It cannot hurt to ask your doctor and discuss those options. I, too, wake up feeling sick, almost as if I need to eat to try and get rid of the feeling, only I'm not really in the mood to eat. I have to just to stop from feeling sick. It helps to try and eat a healthy breakfast ... ALL the things we KNOW to do help. But, sometimes, we may just need to address the severity of the hormonal balances going on. I have resumed, once again, with taking vitamins, eating healthfully, walking, and am scheduled to see a BHRT specialist next week. I just can't live like this and it sounds as if you can't either. There are more answers than we realize in this day and age. There is hope. Keep trying to get the answers you deserve.

Best of luck to you in feeling better and getting your life back.

Thank you for your kind words I actually started the mini hormone patch almost 3 weeks ago I'm also taking a very low dose of Xanax to help with the anxiety some of the symptoms seem to be better since I started those but there are some symptoms that just kick me in the butt I'm hoping as my body gets more adjusted to the hormones that it all settles down soon

Let us know how things go. Would be so helpful. Hang in there, I hear the beginning is the worst, but then it becomes amazing. Hold out for that. You deserve to feel "amazing" again! I have to take Lorazepam a few days during both ovulation and PMS when my anxiety is through the roof. It's crazy what our bodies are going through during all of this. Praying the hormone replacement helps you!

I too just started on the hormone patch but it’s got bubbles and hope it’ll work only 5 days in and not noticed much diffference . My main gripe is the fatigue and dizziness . I am ALWAYS exhausted . Cannot make plans in bed by 8 or 9 and sleep 12 hours. Then I’m stilll tired all day . No life!
