irritated glans, since December last year, help? pics attached

I have similar spots like yours , but not as dark. 2 dermotologist said everything looked normal to them and those spots are normal. But I didn't have them before my possible exposure which was exactly 6 months ago. I have done all my std test and I'm negative , I haven't taken any anti virals or antibiotics. My penis just looks different, wrinkly , dry but shiny in some way, and my meatus has been swollen 3 of the 6 months. My experience was protected for both oral and penetration, so Idk what I may have.

Yes it looks very irritated and excatly like mine in the picture when you stretch the glans little bit , but mine not all glans irritated , i don't care how it looks my problem is the burning sensation with any contact , during and after the contact for hours and for days depending on the time of the contact and frequency . i wonder if it burns for you too !.? i see it's been 3 years since you made this thread , me too its been more than a year and nothing changed every cream i try is burning and change nothing.

maybe contact dermatitis but i can't understand why dermocorticoides didn't help me at all so it is probably dysaesthesia , i'm still searching net every now and then.

but yes we should get a biopsy, psychologically i'm tired and want to identify this kind of disease from which i suffer.

I have the same dryness, without a diagnosis. I visited 10 docs with ZERO RESULTS.

They just say I have nothing and DONT GAVE ME ANY MEDICATION.

I've tested for all STD and come back negative. I made a research for HPV too on DNA on sperm and come back negative. One doctor gave me a steroid cream that made things WORSE. I'm feeling better only after 6 months of no cream, but skin is still dry.

I have NO BURN and NO ITCHING.

Have you taken a biopsy to understand the problem? Thanks

I've been experiencing the same exact thing but does not itch or have any discomfort when touched - if anything it "pulses" randomly. I have irritated glands with the same changes in color & the head looks bruised. All tests negative, biopsy only returned inflammation, otherwise negative. Thousands in medical bills and no answer other than red scrotum syndrome and possible vitiligo from a dermatologist?

I have zero confidence and don't know what else to do. I'm physically and mentally exhausted and don't even know how to approach a relationship if i dont even know what it is. Any updates are appreciated.

Exact same situation. Has been over 14 months. Has gotten only slightly "better", but still exactly same as shown in photos. Have taken every antibiotic. Was positive for ureapleasma which I have also treated, but urologist said that would not impact the redness.

I saw someone use SOMXL but my dermatologist was certain it's not HPV because HPV would not get red from warm showers.

Need to keep this thread going and help eachother out.

I've read through almost every thread on here regarding this condition...no one has found a solution. Dermatologists and Urologists don't care to treat it because it tests negative for everything. I've had near every antibiotic, and ever topical cream and nothing has worked. The redness has decreased only slightly over the last year, but definitely worse after hot shower.

Did anyone mix alcohol with viagra/cialis? Maybe this could be a blood vessel eruption from the drugs? My dermatologist thinks its the blood vessels which are the problem.
