Mono need help

Hi so In June I woke up one morning feeling very weak. I thought I needed to eat something but when I ate breakfast I still felt weird. I ended up having my first panic attack. My entire summer was filled with ER visits for weakness, low energy, fatigue, dizziness, off balance feeling, and generally feeling unwell. It turns out I have mono (diagnosed a week ago). I don't know what to do. Just looking for others' stories and well and recovery process. It's my 3rd month and I just feel so helpless. ?? Thanks guys ! Blessing to all

But I think it’s jist the virus affecting our nervous system. You aren’t alone in that so don’t worry.
I hate it though. Another one of the awful symptoms.
FYI i’ve been on Acylovir for two months and so far my relapses only last a day or two. I can’t be 100% sure it’s because of that but I will be coming off of it next month and if I badly regress then I can be pretty sure that the antiviral was helping. Will be sure to let you know in case that something you can try!

Hi Christy!
I am about 3 months in and starting to feel better, but I still get the weird internal shakes when I lie down at night. It's so bizarre. Hang in there!

Throughout this virus I haven’t really experienced much pain. Out of all my symptoms pain has been the least until tonight that is. I woke up with the worst pain ever. It felt like pains from my stomach all the way up to my chest and my entire side. It was sooo scary and I’m still feeling it. I took a bathe and I guess it helped but I’m still feeling sore and achy. Who else has achy joints or shooting pains ? 😢
Sb- I started crying as always 😂 and my mom told me it was from laying in bed all the time for long periods of time but I googled it and they said it was a silent heart attack. We just can’t win with this ! 🤦🏼???

My daughter and I have both had the muscle aches, my daughter had more all over pain. Part of the virus, It will eventually ease, I took advil for the muscle aches and drank green tea as an anti inflammatory.

Hi everyone I hope that you are all having a good day 😊 did anyone start to feel really dizzy later on in this virus? I feel a bit zombie like (Which I have for the whole time) and then all of a sudden I get very close to feeling like I’m going to faint. This is a fairly new thing over the last couple of weeks. I’m at between 9-10 months

I'm at three months and it has been one of my main symptoms the past month along with an imbalance feeling! I can't even go anywhere because I feel like I am going to faint 24/7. It's the scariest thing but just know that you are not alone. Possibly has to do with inflammation? I'm not sure though. Def a symptom I've seen on here though so hang in there!!

Thank you Christina 😊 it’s just scarey when you start to feel slightly better then it hits you again and now I can’t even leave the house. How are you doing?

A lot of the symptoms seem to not stay long luckily, and then you get the odd one like dizziness and the feeling of looking through someone else’s eyes seems to have stuck with me. I feel like a zombie! Those pains will ease eventually don’t worry. I remember having to sleep in the bath one night as the leg and back pain was so bad. There isn’t many things you can do that I’ve found to ease the symptoms other than resting..... a lot. It won’t win Christina, stay positive 😊

Hey Ashley! I'm almost at 7 months. Yeah I get the faint feeling every now and then too. Also a weird mix of fatigue and absolute buzzing through my nervous system. There's no happy medium! I still get the leg and arm pain when I sleep. But because it's tied to extreme fatigue- the bath makes it worse. I actually almost faint if I take one.
I don't know what brings on the faint feeling but it was my very first symptom way back in July. It's super scary. I hope it passes for you soon!

Be careful with to much replacement drink, it may be to much sodium, try water or coconut water instead,
