Natural ways to Shrink Fibroids

Posted , 188 users are following.

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone has been able to shrink their fibroids naturally?

I have seen a lot of stuff on the internet but a lot of it is confusing. For example they say exercise more, eat more greens, eat organic foods, eat less meat etc

What if you already do all of the above and still have fibroids? I am 5.6 feet and weigh 53kg or 8.5 stones or so, meaning I am a bit underweight. I use almond milk with gluten free cereal. I am gluten and lactose intolerant so already I eliminate a lot of foods. I cannot imagine eliminating any more foods without having a dull life. I exercise at least 4 times a week – 2 or 3 times at the gym and walk at least 20mins – 30mins every day.

Please can anyone share their story of naturally shrinking fibroids?

Thank you very much smile

New to the forum. At the moment I am in Italy. My gynecologist told me about esmya drug, which is basically an anti cancer drug eliminating the menstruation and therefore the increasing levels of estrogen hormones that make the fibroids grow.

I'd really like to aoid chemical drugs and shrink my two 6 cm fibroids + with natural therapy. i have already had surgery to take out a 15cm diameter fibroids with a big ovaric cistis underneath.

At the moment I am taking birth control pills, but they are not vey useful in eradicating the problem.

Esyma is a pre operative drug, that for me, it stopped my periods and made fibroids smaller before opertion. once off the drug through they grew back and periods return to normal.

I have heard of systemic enzymes, but have never looked into taking them. At the moment i am on my second course of Esmya so this will shrink the fibroids for the next 3 months. After that, I think i may have a hysterectmy. i started with 3 fibroids 2 years ago, before my moymctomy surgery there were 8, now 4 removed and 4 remain. My peroids are like yours, regular, but lots of clots and heavy.

Yes have clots too.. i have read testimonies of vitalzym it melts the fibroids for even in days.. you will know its working coz u will see some discharge coming out like your bleeding but its the fibroids thats melting. Aside from taking it, they as well taking turmeric and dim capsules to stop inflammation/pain and balance hormones(dim). I will read on esmya. But i think i will try vitalzym. Will post soon how it goes. Hope your fibroids shrinking bfore surgery. Thanks

Thanks to the suggestons I have found in this forum I will look into systemic enzymes such as Vitalzym to shrink the fibroids. I don't want to take a presurgery drug such as Esmya when I didn't book any surgery. Ehi after the three month on Esmya the fibroids are going to say Hi back again in my womb therefore I prefer to try some other method.

I have already decided to cut off my diet any kind of meat and most of the carbs, I have always been a fan of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole cereals I also cut off industrial fruit juices as they increase the blood insuline level and lead you to eat sugary and confort food.

I will keep you posted on enzymes. and I am quite happy because I can also stop taking Arianna birth control pills. they suck and it can take 6/9 months od suspension of those pills before eventually becoming pregnant. Now: i am 44 with no children but why the hell I have to treat a fibroid with a dull anticonceprional pill without no exciting result and ALSO not getting pregnant by messing up my hormone level?

      I doesn't make sense whatsoever.

Let's catch up on Vitalzm very soon.

    Hi Missy,

I wish someone had told me this earlier.  This is for everyone who has fibroids.

I had such horrible fibroids that my gynecologist advised hysterectomy to me for over 15 years.  Mother, Aunt and sister all had them too.  I wanted a natural way to shrink them and tried many things over the years.  The bleeding was so bad that I became very anemic and at one time was so bad that I had to have an emergency blood transfusion.  It was the most miserable 15 years of my life.

Toward menopause, in my last year of periods, I read about how women with fibroids have low magnesium.  I knew that when I took magnesium pills for helping with constipation, that it helped a little with the heavy bleeding.

But there was the problem of getting enough magnesium without the loose bowels effect.

I read that if you applied magnesium oil onto your skin, that it was better absorbed than the digestive system, thus avoiding the bad effect of loose bowels and more magnesium into your body.   It was only a very small amount that gets absorbed through the pills I was taking, so I didn't really see much of a positive effect on the heavy bleeding and fibroids.

I did research on the internet and found a few places where I could buy topical magnesium and tried it out.  By that time, I was near menapause but my daughter at 31 yrs old was having fibroids and heavy bleeding.  I told her that even though it was too late for me that at least she could possibly avoid the misery I went through.

She sprayed and rubbed the magnesium oil on her legs every day for a month before her period and noticed that her periods were more normal.

I couldn't believe that it made such a difference, but was overjoyed that we had found something that finally worked on shrinking the fibroids.  The only thing to remember is that you have to continue to do the magnesium oil, because when she got lazy and stopped for awhile, her fibroids and heavy bleeding came back.

I hope that my story can help at least one person from suffering with these terrible fibroids and avoid surgery.  My heart goes out to all those who have this health problem.  I don't understand why the magnesium oil works, but maybe if enough women are helped by it, then maybe some scientists will do research and understand it better.   In the meantime, if you do decide to try this, give it at least 2 months to absorb into your system to see if you have improvement.  It shouldn't take any longer than that.  The good news is that it's low cost and easy to do.  Good luck to you!

Thank you so much for posting this! Even though you posted this 2 years ago, I somehow found it. I tried the magnesium oil spay and I am currently symptom free. I feel great! But I haven’t been able to find much info on the internet about this myself. I don’t know if this will cure my fibroids, but it has helped so much. Thanks again! For anyone else who reads this, give it a try. It’s an inexpensive product. I think around $10 for a bottle that will last months. Apparently you can buy the powder form and mix it up yourself to save even more money.

I've been using the magnesium oil for over a month now and am hoping I will see and feel a difference soon. My last period was very heavy and painful and lasted 8 days 😞 I have been spraying it over my abdomen area. Is it better to spray it on my legs like your daughter was doing? Will that help with absorption?

    Hi everyone,

So I am trying to naturally reduce my fibroids. I been seeing a naturopath that is helping me, but I also am seeking other ways to heal smile.

Have any of you tried acupunture or holistic kinesiology?

Also, where do you order DIM and VITEX from? Can someone please share a website with you? I would be extremely grateful smile.

My surgery is scheduled for April 12th because I am currently in school and had to take a semester off school to deal with my anxiety about the surgery...for some reason I had big issues with being cut open like a c-section to remove my fibroids sad and it has messed with my tranquility a lot.

Are any of you doing any sort of meditations and visualisations to help as well? I found out that fibroids are related to the second chakra, so I am trying to find meditations to make it work better or be cleared - with the hopes of helping the healing process.

Thank you in advance for sharing your experience. Hugs!

i to was really worried about having the c section cut, but one year on, its still visible but faint. After the surgery it really does not look bad, just like a red marker pen line. its very close to the pubic hair line, so unless u have very tiny underwear and bikini, you will not see it. Once you have it, you get used to it as just a part of your body.

All the best with the surgery.
