Feel sick all the time but especially these last few weeks it's unbearable when I wake up. Gradually gets better sometimes but even if I doze off for a hour I wake up feeling absolutely dreadful

Hi I think trying probiotics might help. Try Kefir, it's similar to yogurt but you can drink it. It comes in few different flavors if you don't like the plain. Another thing worth trying is candied Ginger or Ginger. Hope this helps!

Yours is my exact story, except this has been going on 2 1/2 years. Sick in the morning, throw up several times in the day and sometimes feel better around 7:00pm until bedtime and it starts over every day! Yep...since April 2013 that's been my life!!! I bought an adjustable bed so I sleep at a 30 degree incline as I thought it could be reflux. Have had every test in the book. Over $200K in diagnostics.

It feels like indigestion that type of pain but it's below where it would be. It's below te rib cage I pointed it to gp and he said its top of my stomach. .. gaviscon sometimes eases it but only for like 60 minutes

Call your Dr again and tell them you need to be referred to a specialist. Unfortunately these days, patients need to be proactive. Did he/she give you anything to take for it?

      Anti nausea tabs don't work

Anti acid tabs do nothing either

Nothing worked for me either. I went to a GI specialist - my digestive system shut down - nothing was digesting. Emptied my system out and started getting better. I was sick for 7 weeks

I had an endoscopy and sigmoidoscopy in the same day. Since I was too sick to drink the stuff required, I only had clear liquids for 3 days. I started feeling better because there was no food to digest. And then started taking a mixture of a tablespoon each of; acidophilus, aloe Vera juice and lemon juice. I got a little better every day and now feel a lot better. 10 weeks and I still can't walk on my leg, but my stomach issues are gone

Anxiety is not an insult. Most people on here talking on this constant nausea thread likely have some anxiety causing their a lot of their nausea. You would be surprised! Why should you believe me?! Because these are all my stories, exactly, and when I treated the anxiety with a very low dose of Lexapro 5mg, my nausea subsided. I was throwing up daily for 2 1/2 years. So, I was even worse than most here. You should read on anxiety...it is a physical problem too. Hopefully some of you reading this will look into it. There should be no stigma against that diagnosis. The sooner the better. Try to get your life back. You deserve it.
