hello guys. such dots are on my acorn. hips, burning sensation in the urethra, even after ejaculation hips and burns. what's the problem?

I have thought about an anal infection of one of these two infections as only urine test done.
I only received oral, no anal stuff, although i was drunk so potential for some contact towards the bum.
I have read that it is possible to catch chlamydia from oral sex that causes an anal infection. Not a massive amount of literature and no doctors will test for anything except urine.
I did 4 weeks doxycycine so presume it would have cleared it? although maybe be hard to get at it. Also had Chlamydia before so may be reaistant?

hey wes, any updates here? i also got it from unprotected oral. still havent been diagnosed but ive tried so many treatments(which all made it worse) doctors seem to think its normal but its far from normal

this honestly is worse then any std cuz there doesnt seem to be any damn cure. i wonder if this is something new. either way it sucks and im depressed big time. lets hope someone on here finds a cure. because of my work schedule now idek when ill be able to see a doctor but i know theyll just tell not to worry and brush me off. dont know what to do anymore

any updates? i have same issue report here after receiving unprotected oral sex. have tried fungal and antibiotic creams with no luck. mine also coincided with getting vaccinated a few weeks before

i literally have the exact same thing. it was from unprotected oral sex and i hot vaccinated a week before. tested negative for everything and seen so many doctors for it they all think its normal. dont know what to do

My penis have the same bumps and a mild dryness, have been to 12 doctors without a damn real diagnosis. I've tried everything, like antifungal, antibiotics, emollient cream, steroid cream, nothing worked and steroid cream made everything worse.
This situation started in 2019 and get worse in 2021. I honestly dont know what to think. It could be a kind of eczema or seborrehic balanitis. I don't know why nothing works.
I asked doctors if it could be psoriasis or a lichen based disease, they said that I have nothing. It's impossible to diagnose this situation? No one can?
