penile glans bumps or dots?, redness

hello guys. such dots are on my acorn. hips, burning sensation in the urethra, even after ejaculation hips and burns. what's the problem?

    I actually had a doctor looked at this. Exact same condition on mine so I wanted to reply so you guys can stop worrying about it. The doc said it is pearly penile papules (PPP), a benign completely normal condition. Usually they grow underneath the glans but in some individuals like you guys and me, they overgrows on the glans itself and towards the tip. It's just an appearance thing.

      Which doctor have you shown? I believe it's yeast infection.

      Did the doctor say if sex or masturbation can trigger them? I literally have the same exact condition but when i have sex or masturbate the entire head gets red and inflamed after.... doctor just told me i have balanitis but that just seems to be the answer for everything

    My situation looks similar to your pictures and also I feel there's a slight burning at times too. I've compiled my issues on a thread I started so feel free to view it as well and reply here or there or both. I tested negative for STDs including mycoplasma twice over the span of a few months. I'm hoping someone will have some solution since this seems like a common issue on here, sadly.

      hey pal, looks exactly like mine. Been over a year for me and seen so many doctors and nobody knows. where are you based? what was the trigger?

      Symptoms appeared a year ago. My body also had a lot of rashes. Probably related to that. I don't understand what I did wrong. I think My immune system is very bad. I always use a condom during sex. I am Asian.

    have you tested for herpes? so there was no trigger? oral without protection?

      Yes. I was tested. The answer is no. I do not use condom for oral sex.

      i have hsv1, i think it came from this exposure but as I have never been tested before i do not know. Apparently 2/3 of the world have it?

      So was oral sex the trigger for you? it was mine.

      did they teat herpes by blood?
