same problem for 6 months after a fellatio received by a prostitute. same aspect, inflammation glans and anal and groin pain. I'm tired of this situation, no one finds what it is... if someone could help me 😩

literally the exact same thing as me 😦 god this sucks

Why Doctors don't know nothing about this situation, is it so rare?

This is for sure a post-infection problem

Do you also have in addition to inflammation in the penis, inflammation, tingling towards the anus? everything happened at the same time and I never had any sex in the anus...

      Hi!

Nope, honestly I never felt problems related to the anus.

I felt some discomfort inside the urethra after ejaculation, like tickling and mild itching, but, repeat, inside the penis.

I've been to 12 doctors with totally no results or diagnosis. Only one said it was lichen sclerosus, and after changed idea saying it was NOTHING... ok.

      So i'm just confused.

I've tried almost everything and the only thing that seems to help is a cream with PEG that helped me so much, the last thing I'm trying.

I would love to get a circumcision with a full biopsy and be safe

That's probably due to herpes. Check for hsv-1 and hsv-2 igg antibodies blood test after the window period is over ( around 12 weeks ).

its not tho, i have the same thing whenever i get erections doctors say its normal. tested neg for hsv 1 and 2

      Hello E54791,

Did you test after the window period ?

I would test again just to make sure. Most of the time those bumps on head of penis are due to hsv-1 from oral sex.

i might test again but if you read through the comments most people tested negative for everything as well. everyone actually has these bumps but because the penis is red and inflamed and also the skin is thinned out from all the creams it just makes the bumps really visable. ive noticed if i have sex the bumps arent there but if i masterbate the tip gets irritated easily. also semen seems to cause redness/rash aswell which tells me its bacteria. but who really knows ive seen 6 doctors so far and they all tell me im fine. once you test negative and dont respond to any treatement they basically dont care about whatever you have lol.

im in the same boat, done so many tests and examinations. Seems nobody can help. Do you have any issues like urination frequency or pain when you poop?

my theory is pudendal neuralgia from HSV infection.

neither! i dont have any sort of pain just redness and those bumps when im erect

Can you still have sex then while having it ? do you use a condom or no condom ? I have the same thing and in starting to talk to someone and don't know if i should have sex or not. I have heard people say its safe to have sex with it even unprotected if she is safe but others saying you should only receive oral or general sex strictly with condom so I don't know what to do.

sex for me is 100% normal. no pain or anything and my symptoms actually improve big time(bumps were all gone). if you tested negative for all stds then you have nothing to worry about. and tbh bro ive been with 3 girls now 1 being my ex and none of them have noticed or said anything about my penis. go do your thing dawg. ive been leaving it alone and not treating with anything and ive been noticing a lot of improvements. maybe it just gets better in time

Dude i agree its not herpes and im so sick of everyone thinking it "might" be, when all of us have been to doctors and been checked out. If the doctor thought something like this was Herpes they would have tested for it on the spot if it was a concern...
