Penis foreskin cracks during sex, peeling skin, dots and spots [documented]

First of all thank you for your time and sorry for the long post,
I'm a healthy 29y old male and in the past 8 months I've been having some problems when having sex. Around February I've noticed some cracks on my foreskin 
, at the time i didn't thought much of it, and it eventually healed up, after that, every time i had my foreskin would always crack in the same spots with the same pattern, and it started to appear even more cracks 
, when they happen during sex, i can clearly feel them and it stings a little, but after the act, i would clean it with lukewarm water and i would only feel an occasional sting or 2, and, along with the cracks, i also feel the area where the cracks are very very raw and sensitive to the touch, the rest of the penis is fine. In the healing process, after 1 or 2 days, my skin would feel very dry, accompanied by some peeling skin where the cracks where 
, that area of the skin, eventually they would heal up, but the skin in that area looks a bit darker than the rest 
, the dryness i would fight it with some moisturizer.
In all this months I've tried some approaches to tackle this without success, i used a cleaning solution with neutral PH and no fragrances, anti candida fungal ointment, topical steroid cream, fusidic acid and also elidel, already went to 2 different dermatologists, and the problem still persists, with a down side, that now, it seems to be getting worse as some dots started to appear on the glad 
and also on the foreskin area 
. Along with all of the this, the redder area of the skin sometimes when is dryer it also looks shinier. I'm posting here in hope of some advice of someone who has gone through the same thing. Before all of this, i had a normal sex life with no problems whatsoever.

I am really excited to share my journey through the same situation. I really hope you all can benefit from this as below.
Firstly, so you know I had been suffering from the exact same condition and symptoms for past 4-5 months. I went to the doctors number of times and they gave different reason each time and different treatment. recently they referred me to urology (possibly penis to be circumcised) and appointment is still far away. so when I tried to search online I came across this thread and read all of the comments. The most common reference was fungal infection. I then decided to look for all the medications I had been given in the past, I then searched online which medication was issued for fungal infection. once I found it, I along with few tips from this thread started the application of cream exact 5 days ago from today. every day twice daily(morning and night) after shower I dried up the penis and applied the anti fungal cream...rubbed it for few minutes until it completely turns into moisture. I then applied vaseline on top of it for two reasons. one as protective layer on the cream and second as a moisturiser. Guess what, I started noticing difference from the second day. Now today, after exact 5 days, the rips and dryness completely disappeared. I am thinking stop the medication from tomorrow. In case anyone wondered, I still managed to have sex (without condom) regularly these past five days and vaseline has helped a lot.
oh I forgot to mention, in past 5 months It appeared whenever I used durex condoms it made the conditions worse. so dont use latex condoms.

Very happy I found this thread. New to this site but elated that I believe I have EXACTLY the same issue as OP.. though with far less severity. Also very happy that its not a true STD. My affected real estate is limited to about 1/8" by 1/2" line where i now have around 4 cuts/broken skin just beneath the head. Ive been involved in a new relationship for nearly a month and just noticed this started maybe a week ago. We became sexually involved almost 3 weeks ago and it was not immediate. I thought maybe she cut me on my foreskin just below the head during oral sex but as i continued reading here i realized the similarities likely cast doubt on that notion since recovery is very fast but recurs in no time, particularly during masturbation or being intimate with her. Also it began with a single crack/cut that doesnt bleed but is obviously an aggravated albeit small, open wound. i will be making my way to the store today and am planning on picking up some anti fungal lotion like vagisil or some other as i read here. Im circumsized so I'm sure that's not a factor but maybe i wasn't proactive enough after sex with her a couple times by immediately hitting the shower. She has been fighting a cold by which i have been unaffected. Im also curious if my Dove for men soap is too hard on my skin. Difficult not getting erections as that seems to refresh the problem to a degree which someone said.. Also wondering if this will likely be repetitive with her and if i should maybe keep the stuff on hand. She suffers a weakened immune system and may be prone to these types of problems which i suppose would make me as well. Will vagisil likely do the trick?

I have a similar issue. I am 42 uncircumcised. I am a hygiene fanatic and never had this my entire life and now I have had it 3 times in the last 4 months. Taking anti fungal pills like fluconazole helps but it comes back again in 3 weeks.
Starts with skin peeling off the penis to where you can pretty much scrape the skin off. It looks like dick cheese or smegma but it isn't. Pretty much the entire top layer of the skin comes off and then it gets better.
3 weeks later starts again. I am going to try the cream that is mentioned here to see if that works.
Anyone else seeing this skin peel situation?

yeah I guess most people on this thread experienced the same issue including myself. i hope you have read my comment to see what worked for me and how. In saying that, I had the same issue but not on the penis head like yours but on the foreskin.

Ever since I switched to unscented sensitive skin soap the issue has stopped. Its probably the soap you're using. Try Dove unscented for sensitive skin for awhile and see if that's the issue.

Hi ...that cream, Pimafucort is not available in the US
I have used an online offshore pharmacy and ordered it. Will take a few weeks to get here.

i have had the exact same thing. wash your penis every day for a week with head and shoulders. the anti dandruff stuff. it does come back now and again but after doing this I've gone months at a time with no problems 👍

I did see it yes but it doesn't seem Pimafucort is available in the UK. It also contains hydrocortisone which there's info to suggest isn't always a great thing to use in this situation.
I've also used the components of Pimafucort(antibiotic, antifungal & hydrocortisone) before, albeit it not at the same time and agree the cuts heal but none of the above has stopped them returning long term. They always reappear after sex unless extremely well lubricated. The problem seems to be with a weakness of the skin in this area and the above components don't address this problem sadly.
Simply put, it's great that this solved your problem but it doesn't mean it solves others as it hasn't solved mine in the past.
Hence wanting to know the OP's progress
