Penis foreskin cracks during sex, peeling skin, dots and spots [documented]

Hi,

First of all thank you for your time and sorry for the long post,

I'm a healthy 29y old male and in the past 8 months I've been having some problems when having sex. Around February I've noticed some cracks on my foreskin image, at the time i didn't thought much of it, and it eventually healed up, after that, every time i had my foreskin would always crack in the same spots with the same pattern, and it started to appear even more cracks imageimage, when they happen during sex, i can clearly feel them and it stings a little, but after the act, i would clean it with lukewarm water and i would only feel an occasional sting or 2, and, along with the cracks, i also feel the area where the cracks are very very raw and sensitive to the touch, the rest of the penis is fine. In the healing process, after 1 or 2 days, my skin would feel very dry, accompanied by some peeling skin where the cracks where imageimageimage, that area of the skin, eventually they would heal up, but the skin in that area looks a bit darker than the rest image, the dryness i would fight it with some moisturizer.

In all this months I've tried some approaches to tackle this without success, i used a cleaning solution with neutral PH and no fragrances, anti candida fungal ointment, topical steroid cream, fusidic acid and also elidel, already went to 2 different dermatologists, and the problem still persists, with a down side, that now, it seems to be getting worse as some dots started to appear on the glad imageimageimageimageimage and also on the foreskin area imageimage. Along with all of the this, the redder area of the skin sometimes when is dryer it also looks shinier. I'm posting here in hope of some advice of someone who has gone through the same thing. Before all of this, i had a normal sex life with no problems whatsoever.

Best regards, Thank you,

I see the issue, try using creams and lotions before having sex. These issues will go by themselves with care and duty to your genitals.

    Hello J0P1315,

I just registered the account to share my experience because I can feel your pain of looking for cures for years. I believe it might be the same amount of years that you and I have suffered but I came across a condition that I think I can get better on my genital area soon. If you are already cured, that is great! But just in case if you haven't, I just want to give some suggestions.

I think you might already know the common things such as not to wear tight clothing, to pad dry on your penis area after shower and such. Therefore I will get to the most important points which I think you might get benefits from.

    1. Avoid Masturbate or Sex if possible until it is fully cured.
    2. Avoid using moisturizer that has Alcohol in it. I use moisturizer such as "honest glow on body oil" to cure faster on dry skin.
    3. If only needed, use any antifungal cream for very very short amount of time cause it can burn skin

I tried many things over the years and those are the things that might work on yours as well. Cheers!

I've been trying to tell them something similar. I even gave steps that would help. Its up to them to decide cause their doctors are making fools out of them with these antifungal and steroid creams. They have no idea it'll make it worse. I've learned that first hand off of experience. Keeping away from tight clothing. Staying away from alcohol that'll dry it out. Making sure to use healing petroleum jelly and vitamin A&D to keep the area moist would help them a lot. Yet I gave other steps for those who followed these moronic doctors like I did and it was hideous what the outcome resulted in. Thank god I used my method because I got to live again and everything that happened to me before now only feels like a bad dream I've bounced back from. I really do wish them well.

It's okay to listen to your doctors but now of day doctors aren't like old school doctors. They go to these seminars that tell them to push creams & pills on their clients for added bonuses. Doesn't matter what the symptom is. They pretend like it correlates together; which only harms you more. Resulting in you going back to them to get another promotion medicine they were told to push. I have a ton of family in the field who admits to this. People need Stop blindly believing their doctors. Believe the people who tell you they cured themselves and pay close attention to what they are telling you.

How did you survive? Discipline has never been my strong suit. I'm in my early 30s and resisting the urge to masturbate is exceedingly difficult. I wouldn't even say I normally did it as much as I hear others do, but not being able to squeeze out a couple per week has got me much more anxious than usual. I was really looking forward to going back into the dating field or whatever until I got hit with accordion dick syndrome. I noticed eating healthier and regular exercise helps, likely since it gives you a dopamine kick, but it's hard to keep up.

Be productive. That is the only solution I can tell you. I have a healthy sex drive but at the same time I dont lack common sense. That's like a person who slit their hands but still wants to play in the dirt before its healed. If you dont want to lose your hands maybe wait till they are healed before playing in the dirt again. It's the same logic. Unless you dont want to cause more damage to your dick. Then stop beating off or refrain from having sex. At least till you are fully healed. Being all you are doing is prolonging your current situation when you could have been healed way sooner.

Glad to hear it. Being I genuinely want to see everyone's recovery. It's one of the main reasons why I actively comeback. I want others to confirm for themselves everything I've stated and have a speedy recovery. Being it was stressful when I had it so when I started healing it felt like a dread the size of a mountain was lifted off of me.

Thus do keep me updated on your progress.

The A&D makes the fissures much more pronounced, is this normal during the healing process?
