Penis foreskin cracks during sex, peeling skin, dots and spots [documented]

I have been following this thread for more than a year. I have the same condition. I have gone to urologist and the think is just a skin rash. They have prescribed me different creams but nothing have worked.

If you are really serious about this and finding a cure to help everybody. I am down.

john, quick questions. Did your dick also take on a musty smell with the condition and did your treatment rid you of that too? Are you doing anything specific right now that is preventing the cracks from returning?

Never had a musty sell. Seems like that is a hygiene issue or did you contract an STD? Given most people hear just have cracked skin; which only continued to get worse as time passed.

As of right now I've been perfectly fine for several months now. After my last experience I made sure to constantly keep that area treated with A&D and Healing Petroleum jelly. Not as thick as before but a normal coating just so it stays lubricated & soft.

It sounds like you may require antibiotics like tetracycline; while proceeding with the method. Yet as I told people before while doing this. Stay away from greasy and sugary foods. Always wash your hands before touching your genitals. Just keep constant around the clock maintenance of your area and you'll gradually over a length of time get better. This is for those who have not contracted an STD. Yet ended up in this situation by other means.

My STD check was negative, and I don't believe to have poor hygiene.. wasn't doing anything out of the ordinary when I contracted it. I thought it might be the lingering smell of Vaseline but I stopped using it and the smell persisted. I may look into antibiotics, thanks.

hey @john80235 So ive spent last night and all morning reading the whole thread about this and well hearing some one who had this dame problem was able to surpass it and heal. The thing with mine is that my im able to pull back my foreskin but it gets a bight tight when it back while i have a hard on. so i began to stretch the skin but i believe i may have stretched it a bit too hard which caused my foreskin to look like it had stretch marks n well tbh thats all i paid no mind to it because i firmly believed they were stretch marks.

Now i didnt really have any serious problems until mid October 2022 when i began to have itching around my bum but i had thought it could have been ringworms which i tool medication for it and it stopped but it eventually came back right away. So at this point i had gone to my Primary care doctor n i had told her what i had thought it could be so since the medication didnt work she assumed it could be due to a bacterial/ fungal infection (by this time i had stopped working out due to me physically getting hurt) i applied it on n off but it eventually had spread to the tip of my penis/ the foreskin(i am uncircumcised and i want to keep it that way). i called a 24 hour nurse line which she told me it was jock itch she prescribed an ointment but i had forgotten to pick it up. After a while i went to the ER about it n they said it could be Eczema so the just told me to go buy an eczema cream.

i didnt use anything because the itching kind of went away or there was a slight itching but now i get these tinny little vertical cuts on my foreskin that make it look like theyre stretch marks. i jerked off with my boyfriend on Thursday which opened some small wounds so i let those heal up n two days after that, on Sunday i jerked off again (this time by myself but didnt ise sny lotion) and i got a tint cut on my foreskin and i havnt tried jerking it since. i applied some Aquaphor with the fungal creme i was provided but ill have to wait to get home n shower to get rid of it. Now im afraid do anything because i dont want to make it worse. i now pour cold water on my penis after i pee to try n clean it and just let it air dry.

Would you say its only just dry skin or would it be due to the fungal infection thing. Cuz i dont want to continue to add fungal ointment n make it worse.

My general practitioner also thought it was eczema but the cuts I have will not stay gone no matter what I do. It seems to randomly get better and worse. Any update on your condition?

so i had an appointment with my primary care doctor and i had filled her in with what i have had these past fee months n i let her know about this "thread". I show her how on my foreskin i have what seems to be stretch marks n she told me and she told me it doesnt look like anything fungal/ bacterial related to her. i did mention that i wear tight underwear and skinny jeans.

she said it looked like my junk seemed a little inflamed/ irritated/ chafing due to the friction. she is going to prescribe me some probiotics fungal creme to hopefully cancel them out ad an option but for now im just going to have to wait. In the mean time i have bought Cetaphil Moisturizing lotion and i have been really hard on myself on showering everyday and applying the lotion after the shower. i also try to apply some in the morning and then again at night.

Make sure to not touch your pe*** with dirty hands.

Restrain yourself from having any kind of sex or masturbation.

after applying the cream for some days (almost a week) and trying to wear more baggy pants/ underwear, the "stretch marks" seem to be going away! which i hope eventually it ALL goes away!

Thank you very much for the update. I was told something similar about irritation and was advised to start wearing boxers as much as possible. I have been extremely careful about being clean but the hardest part is abstaining from any sex or masturbation. The longest I have been able to resist since this problem begin (mid November 2021) was about five days but not much changed in that time. That being said, during that time, I was only using Vaseline rather than lotion. Can you let us know if it does completely go away? I could really use the hope right now. Good luck!

I have only been using Vaseline since lotion irritates after getting this condition. @john80235 has found a routine that healed his condition but he continues to use Vaseline/A&D and I'm curious if stopping the use of that would mean the cuts return, if so, then I believe it is less likely for it to be caused by mere skin atrophy. Me and @kamba74324 discussed privately that our urine was said to have bacteria in it, though the physician who got back to me said it's nothing to worry about since there is no discharge. I am also STD free, which I suspected since I haven't had a sexual partner in awhile. Is there anyone who has had their semen tested?

Mine is still about the same. Only using lotion right now. It seems to randomly get better and worse but I cannot think of anything different that I've done on the better days. I'm seeing a dermatologist in a few weeks. How is your condition?

omg yes thats totally how mine is!! well after i stopped any sexual activity, and applying lotion twice a day it started to look a bit better. i kinda been pretty bad at keeping up so the "healing" process has slowed down by A LOT.! although it still looks like "stretch marks" now the marks seem smaller. im not sure what the heck is going on but at times i do get an itching sensation (so im not sure if youve experienced anything else.

but im glad youre going to see a dermatologist!! hopefully he could really help out to get to the bottom of this..
