Penis foreskin cracks during sex, peeling skin, dots and spots [documented]

Hi,

First of all thank you for your time and sorry for the long post,

I'm a healthy 29y old male and in the past 8 months I've been having some problems when having sex. Around February I've noticed some cracks on my foreskin image, at the time i didn't thought much of it, and it eventually healed up, after that, every time i had my foreskin would always crack in the same spots with the same pattern, and it started to appear even more cracks imageimage, when they happen during sex, i can clearly feel them and it stings a little, but after the act, i would clean it with lukewarm water and i would only feel an occasional sting or 2, and, along with the cracks, i also feel the area where the cracks are very very raw and sensitive to the touch, the rest of the penis is fine. In the healing process, after 1 or 2 days, my skin would feel very dry, accompanied by some peeling skin where the cracks where imageimageimage, that area of the skin, eventually they would heal up, but the skin in that area looks a bit darker than the rest image, the dryness i would fight it with some moisturizer.

In all this months I've tried some approaches to tackle this without success, i used a cleaning solution with neutral PH and no fragrances, anti candida fungal ointment, topical steroid cream, fusidic acid and also elidel, already went to 2 different dermatologists, and the problem still persists, with a down side, that now, it seems to be getting worse as some dots started to appear on the glad imageimageimageimageimage and also on the foreskin area imageimage. Along with all of the this, the redder area of the skin sometimes when is dryer it also looks shinier. I'm posting here in hope of some advice of someone who has gone through the same thing. Before all of this, i had a normal sex life with no problems whatsoever.

Best regards, Thank you,

what is your diet like? i have an idea this is caused by too much yeast in the body, ans outside on the skin from eating too much refined carbohydrates and sugar. ive never had it that bad, but i would suggest trying what someone else mentioned, and disinfect your underwear and towels, better yet buy all new. change your diet to lower carb, and research how to lower your yeast in your body naturally. has anyone had a weird sore throat with white patches also? some people with alot of yeast are more likely to get thrush.

and lastly if people are engaging in anal or vaginal sex, this can easily cause this to not go away especially if rhey do not shower right after sex. i suspect some peoole are getting recurring problems from engaging in sex which comes ij contact with yeast and if you are prone to infection from having too much yeast yourself it manifests it by an infection

It is not recurring, it is chronic and long term. I have tried abstinence for 2 months with no sign of improvement. (that was as long as I could hold out) lol

It definitely could be a yeast infection, which is fungal but I have unsuccessful in my attempts to treat it as such.

Thank you for sharing the creams.

    What is the antibiotic?

Also, I forgot to report that during my 2nd doctor visit 3 years ago, I had bloodwork done for "everything". All came back good except my liver function. I changed my diet and retested, problem solved. Nothing out of the ordinary in the blood test.

amen to the long post and pictures. my husband has been dealing with this for almost 2 years.

he has the exact same thing. thanks so much for the detailed pictures. we were feeling like he alone had this issue and it is tough to describe. the original poster did a great job describing this.

at first we thought silicon-based lube caused it. it almost seemed like he got but ed from it. he is very clean and always showers after sex.it would heal to a degree, we would have sex and it would start again.

i have been checked by the gyno 2-3 times but i have nothing. we switched to water based lubes and that is better and less painful, but the flaky skin continues. he tried an antifungal, but no luck.

we are going to abstain from sex for a bit to see if that helps. next we are going to the dermatologist as the family dr and gyno have not solved this mystery. thoughts? advice?

i am not grossed out or turned off btw for those of you suffering with this. his issue has not had our sex drop off. i just dont want my husband or others to be in pain or to suffer.

My wife feels the same way. I've been struggling with this for years and she is very supportive. We have tried abstaining for 2 months and it didn't get any better.

I believe it is fungal and from research , they tend to be very hard to get rid of. I am making an appointment with a dermatologist but in the mean time I'm going to try a week of Clotrimazole OTC twice daily and see if that helps.

So guys I fixed mine. I'm 23 years old, healthy and sexually active (1 partner), I'm not circumcised and to my and my urologist knowledge this was a fungus. During 1 month and a half this situation was rather annoying, every time my skin stretched that was it, cuts were open again and stung a bit. After a month of this I had enough and started to clean everything like a paranoid. Double checked my boxers if they were clean, double checked everything my penis touched (tip of the toilet, trousers, sports shorts) even my girlfriends vagina! And the thing I think fixed it was while taking a shower always clean my penis, retracting the foreskin and cleaning the glans very well!

After 3 days of this? just 3 days my cuts were much better and healed completely.

My urologist did advised me to take Econazol for me and Econazol capsules for my girlfriend.

He says that we probably don't need it but It's better to be sure!

How long were your cuts lasting before they healed? My cuts don't seem to heal at all and then split open very easily often when simply cleaning off soap. How long ago did this happen for you and have you experienced anything since?

Also since several people seem to believe this is fungal, I am going to apply Canestan daily for 1 month. I will update on the progress at the end. If anyone knows what else I can take for fungus let me know.

Guys I forgot to mention during Fungus treatment with Econazol I got super itchy around my testicles and lower penis region. Try to resist. You can scratch a bit but try not to.

After a week my cuts didn't come back and the itch stopped.

Have you considered looking into holistic therapy? Holistic therapies deal with the cause of the problem, not with the symptoms. And the cause can be in your genetic line and it's possible that it just got activated for whatever reason. I recommend the Theta Healing modality as a very effective and powerful tool. I use it in my practice and see spectacular results with clients. Worth giving a try.
