Penis foreskin cracks during sex, peeling skin, dots and spots [documented]

Hi,

First of all thank you for your time and sorry for the long post,

I'm a healthy 29y old male and in the past 8 months I've been having some problems when having sex. Around February I've noticed some cracks on my foreskin image, at the time i didn't thought much of it, and it eventually healed up, after that, every time i had my foreskin would always crack in the same spots with the same pattern, and it started to appear even more cracks imageimage, when they happen during sex, i can clearly feel them and it stings a little, but after the act, i would clean it with lukewarm water and i would only feel an occasional sting or 2, and, along with the cracks, i also feel the area where the cracks are very very raw and sensitive to the touch, the rest of the penis is fine. In the healing process, after 1 or 2 days, my skin would feel very dry, accompanied by some peeling skin where the cracks where imageimageimage, that area of the skin, eventually they would heal up, but the skin in that area looks a bit darker than the rest image, the dryness i would fight it with some moisturizer.

In all this months I've tried some approaches to tackle this without success, i used a cleaning solution with neutral PH and no fragrances, anti candida fungal ointment, topical steroid cream, fusidic acid and also elidel, already went to 2 different dermatologists, and the problem still persists, with a down side, that now, it seems to be getting worse as some dots started to appear on the glad imageimageimageimageimage and also on the foreskin area imageimage. Along with all of the this, the redder area of the skin sometimes when is dryer it also looks shinier. I'm posting here in hope of some advice of someone who has gone through the same thing. Before all of this, i had a normal sex life with no problems whatsoever.

    Hey guys just as a follow up, the 30 days of Canestan treatment did not solve the issue unfortunately.

      I could swear I had the same thing as his pictures show. I hope you guys fix yours! In my case it was a fungus and was treated in 15 days by Tedol (drops) for the itchiness, MyCostatin (2 pills) for fungus treatment and 1 ointment that I dont remember the name now but will comeback here when I know!

      other thing not to overlook! Your partner should also be treated even if she doesn't have any symptoms!

      You have enlisted two different treatments above in the comments. I am wondering which really worked.

      Is it Econazole that worked for you or Daktacort / MyCostatin?

    told it was fungus too Happy to report mind is gone after a while. Showered every day no exceptions, sometimes twice with just warm to hot water, applied over the counter antifungal cream (conasten), and antibacterial cream, and prescription antibiotic cream with Cortizone Took a few days Took a few days, week and a half But hasn’t come back forBut hasn’t come back for over three weeks now

    Just to add to this interesting thread, that showering and using just warm water to clean the glans then allowing it to dry properly before putting your foreskin back in place helps so much. As a 52 year old who's had this problem on and off over the years i've found this has made my bouts of balanitis a lot better. My foreskin does still get sore, red and inflamed occasionally but i've just learned to manage it better than when I was younger.

    Hi. I have the same splits in the base of my penis. it is sore and turns to peeling skin a few days. im still looking into this, but from what I can find out at this time is, the problem might be skin thinning. its a problem caused by steroid cream use or age. there is not a solution to this. vitamin E (i think it is). will help but if this is the case it might have no cure.

      try some Dovonex ointment. i would have expected this to be prescribed by your doc by now.

    hi, long story with success!!

    same problem as anyone here.

    i tried everything that was suggested here with little to no results. what started in august 30 , finally is over as of Nov 22 .

    avoid getting a hard on is key

    wash penis EVERYTIME AFTER YOU PEE WITH COLD WATER

    use any anti bacterial as soon as ur penis is dry thru out the day.

    when you are home hang out with your penis out to let it air dry.

    11 days and my penis was cut free.

    i still was careful after no more visible "cuts"

    because the skin was sensitive and tender.

    after 13 day i can get hard and no sign of those cuts.

    cold water make the skin tight and it helped so much more than warm of hot water.

    my doctor has no explanation about why it happened. but we came to the conclusion that my wife had a yeast infection early august so after sex at some point in that time frame i fell asleep without washing my self and i believe thats caused it

    this process helped me to have my skin back to normal and NO tears after sex anymore

      I will give that ago. splashing water on myself after when at work might be tricky. lol.

      u have no idea how ive struggled, maybe take a cup of water and after u pee rinse it out. i would do that in public bathroom, but i use a water bottle now. so try that. like i said hanging out with penis out while at home was also helpful to help the skin dry. once dry add ointment let it dry tuck and carry on. once u pee and have the ointment rinse a bit not was it off. once that starts to dry at the end of the night u will have some sort of white film as shown by op but thats good because thats the skin healing so now u have to let dry and repeat remember try not to get a boner as it sucks because im a grower not a shower so to say. no sex i know it sucks but the results are good

      what kind of antibacterial did u use if you dont mind me asking?? i have a similar problem and got it around the same time as u but less improvemnt

    I have seen an improvement in just that short time. the cold water giving time for the skin to heal. waking up with morning glory is a pain. just being a monk, clear thoughts.

      yes lol trust me my wife would at times start and then it would back track me. i was tense during the whole month lol i was stress beyond the f**k limit. i was so good i completely stop watching porn now i actually dont beat my penis unless is going in lol
