Loebax, this is really limiting your life experiences you owe it to yourself to get this sorted, correctly and to get your confidence back to where it should be. Have you ever had a Doctor check-out this for you?

These are very common in men, you do NOT need to get circumcised. They are often referred to as 'Skin Tags' and these can be very easily be removed through a simple surgical procedure ...

Wee Dug, can this procedure stop the penis from growing?

The size of a penis is generally down to the genetics you inherited from your mother and father when you were conceived as a child.

Neither skin tags or medical surgery for skin tags would have any impact on the size of a penis.

Is it possible to just snip the skin tag myself?

My skin tag looks exactly the same as the pictures posted with this thread. Would you approve of snipping the skin tag myself?

I did not notice at first the small photos in at the bottom of the original post at the top of this Forum.

My general advice would be unless you have medical training, know precisely how to prevent infection then you need to get a medical professional to do this for you.

Believe me, yes what seems totally simple and straightforward to do and sort can too easily escalate out of all proportion and what seems to be the least likely thing that can happen, does happen .....

For a Doctor or someone with medical training would regard this as particularly minor surgery, the main complication could be if there is a blood vein in the skin that is tagged. No I have never done anything like this ....

Okay, in what country do you live? Is it possible for you to go to a Regular / Family Doctor or GP? The other possibility is if you have access to a sexual health service, you could go and get specialist advice there .....

What you need to be aware of is that many men will have gone through life with several skin tags and that will have not caused any problems for the most of them. Across the world, in many countries still, males will have no access for even basic health care - again this highlights that many males simply put up with the situation they have .....

I'm actually from Hawaii, I am aware some men just need to deal with their situations. However, I would like to deal with it if i can (Top choice: On my own). The main reason I want this gone is because I believe that the tag is preventing growth.

I think even if you saw a Urology specialist they may agree with you or may say the tag will not impede growth. What I would suggest is that the natural growth will occur anyway regardless and this will place a great deal of pressure on the tag, perhaps even making things painful during an erection, certainly - but again I have no means of knowing what your penis actually looks like due to the tag .....
