I recently started getting pressure in my head, and a feeling like I had walked into an airlock in my ears, when bending. I must say it's very worrying though as I've suffered from post coital headaches for the last ten years, which put a complete stop to my sex life, I assumed the two might be connected and that I would get as little understanding of this recent condition from the medical profession as I had with the previous. Reading here I can see it's a very common condition with many possible causes.

I have been having pressure and pinching feeling on the right side of my head which sets off my anxiety. I had a CT scan 2 years ago that showed nothing. I had an MRI on my jaw to see if it was causing headaches, I assume the MRI for the jaw would show the whole head and nothing alarming besides a cyst in my neck which I am getting an MRI done on Friday just to confirm that it's a cyst. I've had my eyes checked and everything and no doctor seems alarmed, but it's crippling. Anyone else experience that?

Hey, sorry for the late reply. It feels like someone is squeezing my whole entire brain, worse when I put my head down, lightheaded, nausea and it can be all day and night, just about 24/7

      You are so right .

Either you or someone else suggested this .I went to a surgeon and he is going to see if he can fix this on the 31st of this month.

      THANKS

      Hello

I finished my antibiotics 2 weeks ago for a sinusitis infection and yesterday got that pressure behind my eyes and sinus pressure and headache on top of my head again. I don't want to have another anxiety attack from this as they are scary so I'm wondering is the infection back or not sure what's going on.

Thanks for the reply! I myself don't suffer from sinusitis and have been to ENT, Neuro etc...but everything comes back "normal!" All of my CT and MRI of brain came back normal, including my blood work, EKGs, CXR, everything normal yet I don't feel normal. I've had this since August of 2015. It can be debilitating! It sucks! Some seem to think it's anxiety which I have but it's hard to believe that and I'm Certified Medical Assistant and Nursing student! I refuse to take meds, I'm very anti-drug. If they gave me something that will definitely take this away I would take it but they're just trying to give me meds for anxiety which I won't take because of the side effects! I just don't know what to do anymore! I will send you my email privately.

I've had this condition now for 11 months, 9 of which I had no real signs of sinusitis. Recently though it seems to be coming away. I believe there I'd something that can happen in the sphenoid sinus cavity they results in a thick mucus hampering the drainage and air flow inside the sinus. I don't think it's caused by infection and that's why there isn't loads of fluid build up inside the cavity. It's very important that cavities get fresh air circulating around them as if they don't the pressure becomes different inside than it is outside. It is this I think causes these debilitating symptoms. I myself have never really suffered with my sinuses until now.
