I have this too. I also have panic/anxiety attacks. Mine went away and now it's back. I'm at a loss. Going to call dr tomorrow. I was hoping it was just a flu but it's been going strong for a month now. Damn.

      Hi Chrissc

I think your medical issues are causing panic attacks, they are Awfull on there own , yes go back to the doc & tell him your symptoms & say u want a ct scan ,please try not to panic ,. When ur feeling Awfull think of something really lovely like a memory 🌸🌺 ,it will help you to stop panicking ,let me know how you get on ,remember you are not on your own there are a lot of us with the same symptoms

Hello new56862, can you private message me to add me to the email group. I tried to private message you on here but I can not find an option to do that. I'm miserable with sinus issues and I believe the sphenoid is the source of my trouble and possibly the ethmoids. I just got balloon sinuplasty done in office under local last week. The doctor was able to do my maxillary and frontals but absolutely could not reach my sphenoid sinus on either side after trying 20 times because my anatomy was too narrow for the balloon scope and visual scope to fit at the same time all the way back there. It was a very trying experience to say the least. I was devastated because that was why I wanted the whole procedure done was for the sphenoids.

My follow up is tomorrow and I'm hoping to get approved for surgery (going under) he said he would be able to use a "mushroom punch" tool to open the sinus opening but I have to be under.

I think you had mentioned you under went FESS on your sphenoid sinus. I was wondering if you could write to me and let me know a lot of details about your procedure and how the doctor opened your sphenoid like what technique or tools and how healing was. What made you get FESS over the balloon procedure? Did you have to debrements after the procedure (the in office cleanings). I'm worried that if I have the mushroom punch done it will just scab up and close entirely upon healing closing the sinus totally up. I don't know how my ENT will get back there for cleaning in office if he couldn't get back there during the ballon procedure. Also I think you mentioning you wish you got your ethmoids done also. I'm considering asking for them to be done too but I'm not quite sure on what to ask for. Do they just remove the ethmoids entirely? I can't seem to find too much info about that sinus and the procedure since it's unique compared to other sinuses (honey comb shaped and a lot going on). Hopefully you can get back to me as soon as possible as my appointment is tomorrow and was curious to know about your experience. Thank you so much!

Jan 2015 I blacked out in the snow for an hour I had a lube recorded at the time the heart hospital said I flat lined for an hour the snow under me I melted. The heart specialist said I needed a pacemaker which I have & I don't think I need it. Any way since then I have pressure at the back of my head constant, everyday. I can not sleep on my left side cause my ear hurts so bad. At times my ear sounds like the I am in the ocean. I lost my job due to this I am dizzy 24/7 can not function, can not drive can't turn my head. I have been to heart specialist, ear, nose, throat specialist, neurologists, eye doctors, I had MRI, cat scans, x-rays, blood work everything comes back normal. The pressure at the back of my head is so bad I feel like my head is going to explode. Twice I had doctors tell me I was crazy, one doctor said I was just looking for attention. I can't stand this any more  no one knows what is wrong with me. I was told I had sinusitis, Marfan Syndrome, arthitis in the jaw but test come back normal. Is there someone out there that knows what to do......
