We had a lovely warm sunny day yesterday and it is even better today and warmer. Was so pleased as went to my nephews Wedding Reception last night. Was lovely to see everyone able to go outside and feel lovely and warm. Another late night and up early today as Stewart at work until 7 tonight.
Good to hear your doing ok Di and you really must have needed the sleep what with all thats going on. Not very nice weather for you at the moment. If you get the nice weather does make you feel a lot better. Well going to try and have a lazy day as did most of my jobs yesterday.
Well take care everyone and speak again soon. Have a good day!

Today here has been really nice not too much wind and quite a bit of sunshine.
Di how are you feeling today? Are you still getting the chest pains.
Managed to get all the washing done and ironed. Is that classed as doing too much? Or do you think washing the car was going to far!!!!!!!!!!
Tess have you ever tried herbal remedies for your hayfever? Thought I might give them a go.
Linda and Lindy hope you are both well and have had good days?
Take care all.

Oh Lizzy don`t get me going on what is doing too much and what isn`t :!: It`s all very well for GP to say you must learn to pace yourself, but how many of them have to cope with Fibro and other conditions as well, run a home, work in your case and look after a disabled spouse as I have to :?: None I shouldn`t think :!: I know I`ve done too much the last few days and that pay back time will come, but if I don`t get on and do things on my good days, I`ll just get more and more behind and then get more depressed and never get out of the vicious circle :!: Ok rant over. Hope you don`t suffer too much Lizzy.
Tess glad your back is improving and hope you get some relief from the hay fever too. Did you enjoy the sun today :?: Tried to do a bit of gardening but think that was going a bit too far. Lol so just sat and soaked up the sun instead.
Di I do hope things are improving for you, do you have a follow up appointment so you can resolve any concerns you have? Just keep taking it easy and come and chat whenever you can.
Lindy hope you are ok and Ses not heard from you for a while so hope things are ok.

Lizzy no not tried any hermal remedies. Hayfever really bad this morning and haven't stopped sneezing yet and been up since quarter to six as Stewart at work.
Linda yes I enjoyed the sun yesterday. I sat out and read my book an autobiography Eammon Holmes got from the library really interesting. Because of late night early morning before kept falling asleep lol. Saw Sophie and Molly for a little while in the morning.
I am like you also do too much but when things need doing and you feel ok like to get them done. Sat down last night and was falling asleep at 9 so went to bed. Just couldn't keep my eyes open and was watching Kingdom one of my favourite programmes that just started again. Good job recorded it. I am worse when I do the gardening start one bit and then see other bit needs doing and can't stop myself. Thats the only trouble when you have a big garden so much to do. Stewart cuts all the grass so I only have the weeding and dead heading of the roses to do.
Going to get a Magnolia called \"Susan\" and plant in the our garden in memory of my sister. When my mum died bought a Camillia in her memory and one for my dad. My dads is enormous but we nearly killed ours my mistake with some weed killer in a watering can.
My son has got a music video on a website for uni called www.unisgottalent.com if any of you want to have a listen and vote for him. When you get on you just click on watch at the top where all the headings are and click on Chris Squires. Watch video and vote! Thanks.
He sings a song called \"Chasing Cars\" by Snow Patrol think you will recognise it.
Well got to go now and do second half of exercises. Talk soon.
Ps. Di hope you are doing ok, Lindy and Ses!

Just popped on quickly to see how everyone is doing, really, really tired Trying so hard to get things organised for adaptions, and only doing a bit at a time but finding it very hard, need to swap dining room around next so there`s room for the lift. Chris will move heavy stuff for me but thought it would be a good chance to sort the drawers and things out :!:
Begining to have second thoughts. How does anyone ever do any spring cleaning :?: Can`t remember when I last washed any curtains or anything.
On a more positive note, Ray went to an emotional support group today for people with sight problems. I actually had several hours to myself, can`t remember when that last happened :!: He got on very well and there are three more weekly meetings, all run by a charity, who seem to care more about people than the professionals do :!:
Well going to get an early night, take care all

Yes Lizy wish I was 20 again. Time goes so fast! Can't believe we have been married 30 years on 28 July. Having a big family barbeque so pray for good weather for me everyone! Have got a big garden so not a problem just needs to be dry and warm lol. Did you listen to Chris music lizy and what did you think. Thank you everyone that had a look and voted for him. Apparently been some difficulties in voting so have to keep trying.
Its good Linda you are getting everything ready for all the alterations. Also that your son Chris is moving all the heavy bits for you. Just do it at your own pace Linda. Bet it was lovely for you to have time to yourself. No offence to Ray but it does you good to have some me time. We all need it from time to time. Must have been good for Ray to and a change of scenery in going out for a while.
Hope you are doing ok Di. Lindy don't you do too much! Also Ses hope everything is ok with you.
Take care everyone!

Yes I've watched your sons video hes good thats what made me wish i was 20 again. Oh my 30 years is a long time. We have been married 22 years. I wish you a lovely day next month hopefully all this rain will have passed.
I quite agree it is nice to have some me time. Its so hard when you have a busy family life. Next week daughter home from uni and 2nd daughter has finished her GCSEs so house will be full again all day.
Hi Linda hope you haven't been doing too much? Remember you have to pace yourself (what world do these docs live in). I'm glad Ray enjoyed his meeting. My hubby has no outside life apart from work. Hes not keen on having friends or going out with the lads.
Di how are you feeling now. Has there been any improvement with the chest pains? Take care of yourself.
Lindy hope you are well and that work is going well.
I'm off to Rheumi occupational therapy tomorrow afternoon, not really sure what to expect I hope they have some practicle advice.
Take care all.

Yes tess I agree you have got a handsome son, still can`t get on to vote though!
Lizzy hope you got on ok today with apps. when I had my one and only rheum app she said did I have any questions. I asked for advice with the fatigue..... she told me to make sure I had plenty of regular exercise!! Apparently the more exercise we do the better the fatigue gets. Quite where I`m meant to get the energy from when I can`t go to work and can`t manage a normal days housework?? Oh well, they must be on another planet I guess!
Di, how are you, hope the chest pains are better and you got some answers from your appointment.
Lindy, sorry about the sweet peas, if I lived nearer could come and help you, maybe it would count as regular exercise! Lol
Well, another crisis with Mum over a phone call from the council, think Ive got through to her now! My best and only friend who has stood by me through everything over the last 20yrs, has had another breakdown. So that has upset me on top of everything else.
Take care

Hope you are all well. Not doing too much I hope?
Our new bed is brilliant its like sleeping on cotton wool. Wished we had the money years ago to get a good quality bed.
Di are you feeling any better?
Linda I quite agree Tess has a very handsome son. Linda I am sorry to hear about your friend.
Lindy i take it you haven't got green fingers then. My pond plants are doing very well, but my garden plants just don't seem to thrive.
Tess why do students leave all there washing till they get home!!! Is it because we spoil them. What is Chriss studying. My daughter is doing a civil engineering course at Loughborough.
Well the appt was a waste of time yesterday, I qued for half an hour to get into the car park. It would seem I am paceing myself well and that on the bad days I am to do the same amount as normal. something very interesting came to light and I would love to hear your thoughts. The whole idea of the exercise was to teach me how to get to sleep as fibro people struggle to get to sleep because of the pain. Is this true? As I fall asleep with no problems at all. Anyway the outcome of it all was I went back to see my Gp last night we had a long chat and I have agreed to take a strong course of AD to see if I can get rid of the anxiety and calm me down. So am looking forward to all the side affects but hoping for some relief as this has been going on fo 22 months now.
Take care all.
Hope Chriss does well on the votes.

Thanks I hope he does do well with votes but some friends of mine including some of my fibro friends as well have been unable to get through. But thanks for watching and trying everyone!
Chris isn't too bad with his washing. Normally when he comes home at Christmas and Easter there is only the clothes he wears while he is home I wash for him. Its just that its end of term and he has bought every bit of clothing back. Some he hasn't worn but needed a wash to make fresh again.
He is stuyding TV Film Production but going to do another year and go into teaching at primary school. Just completed three weeks as part of the training in a primary shool in Preston after his uni course finished. He really enjoyed it and the children made him a big book with Thanks on it Britains got Talent and your a Star because of his singing comp. Each child wrote something they liked about him helping them. Got on really well with all the teachers and hoping to go back next year after his course finishes to do some voluntary work in the school. I am sure if he was finishing his degree and if there was a vacancy would have offered him a job.
Have you got to go back and see rheum again. Exerise has helped me not too feel so tired during the day. I do some exercises first thing in the morning to get my joints moving as well. Do about 14 different ones and started off with doing 10 of each in February and now increased it to 30 of each. Takes me about half an hour. I do it first thing in the morning as if I left until later in day wouldn't have time to do them or get motivated.
I am like you with sleep get off straight away but wake overnight. It is because with fibro we miss out on the most important phase of sleep. Thats is why we feel so tired on waking in the morning. We might have slept for four or five hours but the sleep we have had is not fultfilling enough. Hope you get on with your new medication.
Time to go get a shower now and breakfast and help Stewart in the garden. We have the sun out so far so hopefully be a better day.
Although got most of Chris washing dry yesterday.
Hope everyone else is ok today and have a lovely day!
