Update... Still getting yellow balls in stools [with images]

Hello everyone,
If you've seen my previous discussion from last year, you will know I was having problems with undigested food, strands of fibre and these yellow balls in my stool.
After eliminating dairy and going vegan once again, the symptoms cleared up for a bit. However, after a couple months, the strands of fibre and yellow balls have come back!
I'm once again worried about these yellow balls - they're a bit hard to touch, but squidgy and semi-solid in the middle (it's not sweetcorn - the balls are bigger, plus I haven't eaten any in the past week to rule this out anyhow). They appear more so when my stools are harder but can also appear in soft stools.
Is anybody experiencing similar symptoms or does anyone have any ideas about what these could be?

you said you dont eat corn but, it looks so much like corn doesnt look like gallstones to me thats weird. i know corn doesnt digest. even though you dont eat corn it could have been in something you maybe ate? or you didnt know it was in something you ate?? it resembles corn for sure ive had the same problem with corn and fiber strings in my stool you should call your doctor or go to a specialist

Hello guys I have the answer for you. I have the same thing I'm doing a Para pak cleanse and since they are slowly dieing or trying to preserve their existence the lay eggs they are parasite eggs waxy feeling and full like it could pop and if u open it up it's extremely foul smelling. I would recommend a few things. I'm doing a Para pak then another cleanse. also bio feed back can help you to determine parasites. how ever doctors do not know about all this stuff. I'm on day 2 of my cleanse and it's going to take 30 days. these parasites are normal to have but of we can clear them out our bowel problems will get better.

Im experiencing this as well. I'm 24 with IBS, I have an appointment in a couple weeks with my GP, but from talking to my pharmacist and some self-examination (gross i know) I'm 99% sure I'm passing my venlafaxine xr. Its a capsule with tabs/pills inside, I'm passing the tabs/pills, they sometimes come out perfectly white as if I just opened a capsule, and sometimes they're yellow and more round. Those times I can crack them open to expose the dry pill on the inside.

I'm relieved to know I'm not the only one seeing these strange and creepy yellow balls in my stool (Note: they're also filled with a creamy liquid) but unfortunately I still have no answers!
To clear up some of the random guessing game responses I've seen here on this thread: I had my gallbladder removed 14 years ago so NOT gallstones. It's NOT yellow stool; they're IN my stool. They're NOT chick peas OR corn; I eat neither. I've had a simultaneous bronchoscopy/colonoscopy along with 2 CT scans & an abdominal MRI; all with no significant findings! When I describe these creepy critters to my gastroenterologist he looks at me as if I have 6 heads & says, "Oh my goodness I have no idea what that could be!"
It would be fabulous if someone had a professional answer for this!

I think you might have gallstones. I have them too, but much smaller. Your gallbladder can rupture if left untreated, but this is probably fairly rare so I don't want to scare you. Talk to your doctor. You might experience a burning pain in your upper abdomen, or a dull pain in the upper right quadrant of your abdomen. Pain in the right shoulder and in between the shoulder blades can occur as well. Sometimes people have no pain though. I would definitely ask your doctor about gallstones.

Interesting. I have these as well. I see in the comment section many people had their gallbladder removed, I did as well. Could these be calcium deposits that maybe would have normally formed into stones in the gallbladder? I have had blood tests before that showed I had too much calcium, so doctors warned of getting possible kidney stones from it. I just googled gallstones and the things in my stool look similar. People mentioning powdery reside reminds me of calcium.
I have had calcium deposits on my foot at one point and my dad used to have a hard time with painful calcium deposits as well. My guess is these could be calcium deposits.

Earlier I left a comment too, but I did some research since. You can actually still get stones in any duct of the bile system after the gallbladder is removed, the condition is described in the article below. Mine look just like the cholesterol stones mentioned in the article. I googled "cholesterol stones" too and they look identical to what I have.

This sounds like ghost tablets to me. I'm not sure due to the amount of them, but I get one a day due to my extended release medication.

SO! this has been happening to me fore a little over a week. just one ball per movement when they are there. I take a time release pill. these pills are meant to not dissolve the outer shell and slow release the medication into your body. it matched up in size to my pill when I bagged it and investigated. if it continues I will be having it sent off to a molecular gastronomy lab to see what molecule(s) it is made of.

FINALLY! I was freaking out when i found a weird, round, white, ball the size of a chickpea in my stool today. After hours of searching the internet I came across this post and saw so many people mentioning Wellbutrin! I currently take Wellbutrin XL and with a little more digging I found this information about ghost pills or ghost tablets associated with several different medications. Phew! It's nothing to worry about and it does not mean that the pill was not absorbed or didn't work.

I've taken Wellbutrin XL for about 5 years but have just started having symptoms within the past 6 weeks. Did you start having issues right when you started taking Wellbutrin XL? Thank you for your feedback!!

I'm glad I found this! I take the Bupropion XL and Omeprazole. I still have my gallbladder. I have diarhea a lot and noticed these this week. Mine are perfectly round, light yellow, and float.
🤔 I can't believe I am talking about this on the internet!
