Update... Still getting yellow balls in stools [with images]

I started on Wellbutrin a couple of months ago and have noticed the exact same thing! its not corn or peas, it is round fairly solid and flat on both sides, similar to all the other descriptions.

Don't Long Branch Center I have been having an issue with chronic intermittent diarrhea for at least a month. I have found the brown objects burying in color from beige to a dark clay color. They were soft and able to be squished. There were no pills inside. The continue to have the watery diarrhea issue. Today I found one of the pea sized objects that was rather dark tan but it had a hard shell. The only pill I take that is an extended release does not have a hole on either side of it. In addition, I haven't noticed having increasing symptoms if I haven't been absorbing that particular medication. My PCP is aware of my signs and symptoms and our plan is for me to submit a stool sample which will then be checked for any type of organisms or their eggs.

I had the severe pain just above the crest of my hip radiating up toward my sternum. This precipitated a visit to the local ER. a CT of my abdomen was unremarkable and they gave me what's called a GI cocktail. within 20 minutes of getting that cocktail my pain was gone. I have a Nissan fundoplication that is over 20 years old. My current issue is very new and started in 2019. I've had to recurrence of that pain that's right above the iliac crest of my hip and up toward my lower rib cage.

I've had that pain on both sides of my abdomen. My GI doctor had me take Maalox along with two 25 mg Benadryl. This alleviated my pain.

However, he stated the treatment he gave me is usually for people who have upper GI symptoms not as low as my pains. I'll try to get back with an update.

I too take wellbutrin & have the yellow specks!!! Been trying to figure it out for months!

I've had the same problem on & off for 10 years. I do not take wellbutrin or any version of this. I do take other meds for an auto-immune illness & IBS. I do not think there is a correlation to the meds because I had the problem before I started talking any meds.

Did you say you had one of the deposits analyzed?

I also think it's amazing that ALL these people have this issue & there isn't an answer. We must not be asking the right doc &/or the right question. I have to say I have not been courageous enough to retrieve one, no less cut it open.

I know this is an old question but I'm hoping someone found an answer.

do you take any vitamins? some cheaper one have a coating that doesnt break down and will come out in stool.

i also get this. can someone help me understand my ultrasound report. im not understanding from

the part"possible visualization" i underlined the area. Thank you!

I've been seeing these things almost a year now. I use to take venlafaxine years ago. I recently had a colonoscopy and endoscopy but my Dr shows me pictures of my colon and esophagus and both showed up clean until today Feb 14 2021 I found another one. The only thing i can think of is Ive been drinking lactaid milk a lot this week. Im wondering if it could have something to do with that or not. Has anyone else been consuming Lactaid 2% milk?

Hi, I signed up just to comment on this... Do you take any supplements? When I was having too-fast digestive issues, I found globs in my stool that were weird, slightly oblong shapes. After some investigation, I realized they were my enteric coated fish oil capsules, and the capsule had absorbed some of my digestive juices but the coating of the pill didn't break down or "open" so they stayed "balloony". Maybe these are shells of meds or supplements.
