Rita,  One last thought. Do you still have your wisdom teeth? I have heard that sometimes your wisdom teeth can make us feel the way we feel.

I had my MRI scan results back yesterday all normal,my ent doctor thought I had vestibular migraines but had same symptoms 12 weeks and been off work whole time as really off balance/dizzy.it feels like it comes from my eyes.I took migraine pills no change though,he now thinks I have benign positional vertigo which I have to look into as he didn't explain it well but that affects your eyes.he's been doing epley head manoeuvres on me,how long have you had this?take care, lisa

Hi , I have been feeling like this now for 8 weeks ,seems to be coming from my eyes , there putting it down to bppv , vertigo , I'm not sure as I dont get any relive from it , do you find lighting in shops make you feel like your falling , I only fill comfortable in dim lighting in the evening , been of work the whole time

Yes...lightening in stores, large crowds can trigger a vertigo attack....Doctors cann do a manuever if its bppv and it should go away....I was misdiagnoised but the ent dr that I was seeing at that time was not the best........lod noises...alot of stimuli......Dont wait as long as I did but I would look into or at least read about on the internet vestibular migraines....Its a horrible feeling.....I needed to leave my job......a year later much better but still fighting it

As of migraine pills yes I am on three...I am seeing a heachache specialist..those pills at least the ones that I am on takes 3 to 4 week to take full effect...and you start on a very low dosage then it is brought up.......I also went for vestibular rehab.....helped but then vertigo came back stronger than ever.....did you go for all that testing>>>Balance, rotary chair, eye gazing etc?????  Let them also take a MRA of the front and back of neck to make sure blood is flowing good....Its just like am MRI Did they also do a MRI of the ears?????  This is all stuff I have been through. They just told me they thought it was bppv

i was just looking for directions to the doctor in Garden City NY that deals with this  .........called my insurance co etc........so far havent gotten any answers....like if they are going to cover this etc.....apparently most common reason for having this is that you are born with it........can show symptoms as early as 4 years old ......we compensate for the eyes not lining up correcting....like I said I had this problem over 30 years  more like 35 ...40  but it would go away and then come back........but this is realy bad now... one year........At least we can talk about it  glad to hear MRI is fine....Can you take a leave from work for a few months????  Dont know what your situation is

I do have one eye bigger than the other but no one would notice unless I said something.I had a few dizzy spells where eyes went weird when I was about 13 and again just dizziness at 19 that lasted about 2 years but didnt ruin my life,I have been OK up to now,I'm 33 at Christmas.I'm allowed 28 weeks sick pay off work its not much less than what I get working, then comes hard part applying for a sick benefit, will have to be seen by a doctor if he thinks I'm fit for work or not,I've heard I be lucky to get anything as I look well and no one can see my illness.my boyfriend is a manager and luckily can provide for our family but it be nice for me to be able to get a bit of income to help out, take care,Lisa x

How nice a  Christmas birthday .........My first dizziness was around 15 years old..they said I was anemic....lasted for awhile then went away...got another around 18 didnt ruin my life but was very very difficult to work .......that lasted for months.....then I got bad vertigo in the shower I think I was like 18.....then when I was like 22 lasted for at least 6 months...then disappeared...every few months it would remind me it was there...but nothing so bad.......that lasted like that for years  past few years on and off issues until finally ast year it just got out of control......now I just have pressure over my eyes...Im always tired........could be from meds too....besides trying to function through the day   I am now 58...and I never had problems before  been relatively healthy ate well...exercise...now I could barely move my head......Go fiqure  LOL....Hope my insurance will cover this....I am already seeing a doctor that I need to pay for out of pocket  and shes not cheap  Thats 7 months off  do you get paid???  Just keep making appts hopefully you will find out whats going on
