We have an unknown mite infestation that we cannot get rid of, please help..

We had a roommate move in three years ago, she had a dog who itched and flopped its ears a lot. Our dogs started itching and flopping there ears and then we started itching and getting bit and it never stopped. It comes in cycles, starting with light crawling that seems to be worse at night but happens during the day as well. It intensifies in a day or two and i can feel little pin prick stings as well as crawling and this lasts for a few days intensely with a lack of sleep and scratching all night. It seems to get better for a few days of a less intense relief and then its back and starts all over. It doesn't look like scabies bites or follow the pattern of scabies rash. I have bites focused mainly around my chest neck behind ears and on my face and upper back, they are other places as well but they are focused there and we have scars. The do seem to like areas where clothes are the tightest. Our dogs have scratch marks in ears and around the neck and on the chest and back legs as well.  I have been to the doctor and treated with permethrin and taken the dogs in and treated for mange..numerous skin scrapings have come up negative. The dogs were given a dose of ivermectin injection three different times and we have done Permethrin three times from the dr. as well as got rid of dog beds and soaked them in medicated shampoo. We bagged all our stuff and washed and dried everything before we used and vacummed like crazy and mopped with bleach mixture even the walls numerous times. We have a plastic cover on our bed and pillow cases. We have moved five times since this started and we deep clean everything and treat before we move but its still haunting us..We have tried lintox, permethrin and ivermectin (orally) on the dogs as well as sulfur dips and peppermint tea tree soaks and tried the borax and hydrogen peroxide recipe for dogs. I have made medicine for in there ears used at the same time as well. On us i bought the permethrin for horses and we made our own 5%. We have also tried neem, peppermint, tea tree oil, lavender and sulfur lotion, pastes and soaks. We have tried all these things for a month each and still no resolve. We have a Son on the way in a couple weeks and i have come to terms with the fact that we will not be rid of this mystery mite by then and it scares me to death. I have only been able to do natural oils while pregnant. I bought a microscope and have been taping itchy parts and taping around the dogs at night and our bed and looking at whatever i can try and find under the microscope and nothing... I even do skin scrapes with a razor blade and mineral oil on slides. I am at a loss and feel hopeless. as of late i have been seeing tiny little red pin point marks where the skin is white around it, they are not raised at all though and i am unsure if it is related. I have thought some sort of demodex, bird mite, rat mite or scabies and even bedbugs? I cannot find anything on the microscope. They are relentless and i am about to burn everything we own and bomb the cars and buy all new clothes and treat us all then camp out for a month!! I don't know what else to do. Any input would be helpful. I have attached pics of bites and a strange pattern of worm shaped demodex like shell or casing that might be mite related and a picture of a bite site under microscope.

I have been suffering for a year and a half with small mites walking on my body. Sometimes you see them and they are small black/ brown dots. The distress this has caused me has almost broken my spirit. I have been to the doctor, hospital, dermatologist & specialist and no one could find anything. At one point they tried to put me on anti psychotic medication. One thing all of them used was a small magnifying glass. I was rather shocked as I thought they would used advanced technology. I bought a microscope and found the mites looked like small clumps of glittery hair all entwined. I noticed on my forearms in particular there are patches of dark pink/ brown spots and a couple of small lumps. I assume this is where these mites are living. I also had what I can describe as raised lumps on my forearm that were open at the top and looked almost volcano shaped that were very sore. I knew it was mites living in my forearms and travelling throughout my body. I literally had them all over my body including in between my toes and the bottom of my feet. They burrow and that is why traditional remedies cannot kill them. They come out mostly at night that can be exhausting as you cannot sleep. My skin is like sandpaper, sore in places and itchy is an understatement. The itch is unbearable and I wonder what on earth I have contracted. They also like to come out of your skin when you are eating and I can feel them moving over my legs and body. They like mostly to live on your forearms and I guess it is where the skin is easier for them to burrow. My scalp felt crusty and very itchy, lumpy with what I can describe as insects living in there. I saw them dropping out when I brushed but I can never get rid of all of them. One day I felt hundreds of them running all over my body and I found it really hard to breathe. I have spend hundreds of pounds trying every product under the sun to find a cure. I have been online frantically searching for a cure and no one has the answers not even the professional medical people. I have now found a cure and it is a simple but effective solution. I noticed in my clothing there was a dandruff looking skin in there. A lot of research online and I concluded I had Cheyetillia mites that you can catch from animals. Your skin can get that distressed from this mite mine started getting small patches of pure white skin on my torso and legs. Again, the medical profession had no idea how to treat it so I knew I needed to find a cure myself. Buy Selsun that has 2.5 per cent selenium sulphide and rub this in all over your body. The secret is to leave it for up to half hour then rinse in the shower. Your skin will react to it so quickly and you can feel your skin returning to normal. This is the only cure for this problem. I have tried everything under the sun to no avail. A few hints and tips to I used before I found this cure to alleviate some of the symptoms…Pure Lemon Juice the stuff you put on your pancakes is good.. Get a bowl and put the lemon juice in the bowl and soak your hands & forearms for a minute then remove and dry with a towel. Do this for the rest of your body. A couple of times a week get garlic powder and rub over all of your body like talc, leave for half hour then shower. The smell of garlic will come off in the shower. Where the pink/ brown patches are located on your body rub it hard with your finger with garlic powder and all of the mites will pop out as the lemon juice and garlic would have killed them. It is important to exfoliate your body on a regular basis. Please subscribe to my channel for more tips that I have found for easy exfoliation and more tips regarding this issue. My heart goes out to you all as these mites are absolute hell on earth. Good luck guys as I have now got my life back and you will too soon as I have researched for hours to find a solution. Ps. There is no other cure for this problem as I have tried everything. Regards and best wishes. Xxx

How to keep the mites under control!

I have been through this for 18 months.I don't know how it started because there could be so many possibilities it's mind boggling.I found an exterminator that sprayed my whole house , basement and garage minus the attic and he said they were bird mites.I also have a cat that seems mostly unaffected except sometimes they go in his ears and then he is scratching himself and I just clean his ears with full strength vinegar, just a wipe inside and outside, use paper towels, one for each ear. They were biting me every night and day lots of times but after the exterminator sprayed twice 3 weeks apart things started to calm down.I could even sit on my couch without getting bitten but this spring we had a couple of early hot days and they just exploded again.I keep them from biting me by sprinkling salt, iodized salt only on my couch, under the couch cushions, everywhere there's a space to just pour it on and cover the couch with a blanket.Just use the lint roller every day on the blanket to check if they have diminished or not.If you can't find any you may sit on the couch if not leave it for a couple days before using it again.Do the same with any infested beds and then cover it with an all over zippered mattress protector for awhile.Wash and dry bedding and clothing on the highest wash and dryer setting ever week, fold and keep everything in clear plastic bags until you need them.Shower every night or morning and night if summer using shampoo without conditioner mixed with iodized salt and scrub your hair and leave it for awhile until you scrub your body with shower gel mixed with iodized salt.Use sparingly because it will burn the longer you leave it on .Pay particular attention to wash your ears,,forehead, back of your neck, armpits back of the knees, feet, toes and genitals .Rinse quickly and repeat on the hair.Use only 3 hand towels to dry,one for your hair only, another for your body except calves and feet and another for your private parts.Leave your hair and legs air dry.Change into clean underwear and clothes you sleep in.Make your bed with freshly washed bedding or bedding you had in the dryer on hot for 30 minutes. You can dry your pillows too otherwise cover them with a zippered plastic cover. Change clothing every morning and put all the used clothing in plastic bags until you wash them.Clean rooms frequently, wiping furniture with some tea tree oil or eucalyptus oil mixed with water in a spray bottle. You can also use peppermint if you don't have pets or lavender if you have cats. You can also fill a spray bottle with vinegar, some water the essential oil and a little dishwashing liquid and spray everything but if you have a metal bed or frame it will rust and the wood furniture might deteriorate after awhile. If you have wood floors use a weak bleach solution to mop and then rinse.Use one of those mops with pads or disposable pads if possible because a lot of the mites will stick to it and you can just throw out the disposable pad or soak the reusable one in the sink with bleach and then wash by hand if possible. If you have rugs use a hepa vacuum cleaner to vacuum everyday if possible and empty it outside in a trash bag if no bag and if bagged ,either remove and tape the hole and place in the freezer for a few days or throw it out in a trash bag.Cover the bottom of the vacuum with a plastic bag tied securely until next time you vacuum because you never know if there are any left on the brush roller or inside the vacuum.Vinegar , rubbing alcohol , peroxide mixed with water and bleach will kill them on contact.Use rubbing alcohol and bleach sparingly never together and never on your skin because they are very toxic.Do not mix vinegar with anything except water and essential oil.Clean your feet with a lint roller and spray with diluted vinegar or salt dissolved in water before bed.If you have long hair use a hair tie and either use a new hair tie or wash the hair tie every night. If you don't wash your hair every time, brush your hair in the bathroom sink and check for mites, and spray either tea tree oil and water or eucalyptus on your hair then put your hair in a bun.You can also put salt in your rugs and carpets and leave it for awhile.Leaving your room temporarily is also a solution if you can.Usually not all rooms are infested.I hope you are doing better soon.

i have been suffering from itchy skin, volcano type raised sores on my arms, itchy head, feet & this has been going on for 2 years. Little black mites on my body that send a itchy feeling all over my body I've tried everything but had difficulty getting rid of them. I now have the solution that worked instantly. You need Hydrogen Peroxide, food grade, 1 per cent strength. You can get the higher strength but you have got to dilute it. For example if you have a spoonful of 3 per hydrogen peroxide cent mix 2 further spoonfuls of water with it then mix as you then have 1 per cent. Get into the shower cubicle but don't switch the water on. Dip a sponge in the solution & rub this all over your body avoiding the eyes. Rub it on your scalp too but hold your head backwards so none gets into your eyes. You will see lots of bugs dropping from your body onto the shower floor. Leave on for about a minute then shower. For the persistant volvano type sores on your arms dip your finger in tiger balm then garlic powder then rub onto the area. You will see the bugs immediately leave the sores & die. The bugs feel like hard pepper grains & are jet black. I feel these bugs are some sort of garden bug that burrows beneath your skin. Ive tried pemetherin & ivermectin in the past but it hasn't done anything. These bugs seemed like they were indestructible until I found this solution. . I have been through 2 years of a traumatic ordeal with these bugs. It's really affected my marriage. Don't let the same thing happen to you & get rid of them ASAP. Believe me, this is the only solution to these evil bugs. Good luck. xxx

These pictures are exactly what i have been putting up with for 2 years. I've unlocked the secret cure to this mysterious infliction. I say secret cure as dermatologists & doctors have not known how to treat this awful condition. I am way to the recovery road mow. This is what I have learned.... in between my little toe and the one next to it that is where these things live. You will find you have a terrible itch in between most of your toes & body as they travel across your body. They will always head back to your toe so you can see them crawling along your leg. They are tiny but the itch from them is terrible. You need to cover yourself head to toe in a cream called Epimax. You can buy it on Amazon. It was a big change for me the 1st day I used it as my skin started to look better. I have tried hundreds of products but I knew after using it this one was the cure for my problem. The mites I am finding them dead around my body. Tonight I used it and then used pressure with my hands on my legs. About 10 dead jet black mites popped out. I am using it on my scalp too as it felt itchy. The itchiness has gone but these mites cause skin flakiness and build up. There is only a bit of this left on my scalp and I am feeling positive now. Guys this is the secret cure for this problem that many medical professionals couldn't solve. I use Epimax oatmeal. Ps remember to smother your feet in it especially between your toes. Good luck. X
