Weak muscles, shaky body, pins and needles and anxiety

Hi, I've had anxiety for years and most of my family suffers from it. Recently I've been having pins and needles, burning feeling in my hands or feeling of numbness in my finger tips. When I wake up in the morning I feel very shaky inside and today I've felt my legs shaking throughout the day and feeling weak. I'm feeling so overwhelmed by it and convincing myself I have MS. It's literally preoccupies my mind throughout the day and I feel like I'm driving myself crazy checking for symptoms. I've been seeing therapist for years and I've been fine for years but for some reason it hit me hard again beginning of this year. Does anyone have similar symptoms?

I am having literally the exact symptoms you are and have been going through this for months. Did you ever obtain an actual diagnosis for what you are going through?

I have had palpitations (ectopic PVC's) since Oct/Nov last year which i have seen a cardiologist about, had ecg's, echo's and wore a 7 day holter. I was prescribed a low dose beta blocker to keep my heart rate down and hopefully control the palpitations, which it has helped but they are still there along with the body quivers, body aches and pains, muscle and nerve spasms, numbness in hands and daily headaches.
I along with many others who have suffered these symptoms thought (sometimes still do) I had either motor nuerons, MS or another terrible disease. You can do your head in thinking like that and it just increases cortisol levels to rise which in turn causes a lot of anxiety and physical symptoms.
I've had blood tests to check my thyroid, an MRI to check my brain for any lesions or MS and it can be very overwhelming to think the worse and you just want to feel good again. It's definately something that doesnt go away over night.
Have you tried mindful meditation, exercising or EFT tapping? These are some of the things that help me, along with reading other stories like yours. Hang in there!

Hi! I know you posted this almost a year ago, but I'm also a 27 year old female and could have written your post myself. The inner vibration, the palpitations every day, all of it.
If you ever want to chat about this stuff feel free to message me, it's good for us to reassure each other.

Yes I am never going to Google symptoms again. It's amazing how many terrible physical symptoms you can get just from being worried about having something sinister. I was so dibilitated for 6 weeks. Im so much better now. I think acepting it was most likely anxiety helped the awful physical symptoms to subside and my appetite and energy to return. I'm sure you will feel much better soon even though itprobably dosnt feel like I now

I know this is an oldpost. But i wanted to check how you are right now. I am a 28 yr old female facing the same symptoms. I am diagnosed with GAD.

I feel shaky inside all the time. When I try to lift something heavy, I tremble. It's pretty much all over. Bad nerves run in my family, but I'm always scared that I'm developing Parkinson's or Multiple Sclerosis or something like that.

Hi,
It comes and goes. I just started eating better and now my bp is fine. It took about 7 months to feel better I'm still not the same; don't think I ever will be...
Good luck
