Hi ladies

What are your worst symptoms right now?

Mine are:

Dizziness

Trembling

Health anxiety (could be the cause of both dizziness and trembling).

Feeling weak in my arms

Heart palpitations

    I think I would be re-incarnated as a man if I had a choice! Although my lovely GP (who's gone through it) said you feel a lot better afterwards but different whatever that means!

    The most constant/daily ones for me are:

    Blurry/hazy vision

    Neck pain

    Difficulty focusing eyes

    Headaches

    Dizziness

    Bloating

    Anxiety

      hi, how is your head pressure and headaches, did it improved I'm asking after 4 years little late.

    migraines. If they could stop them I would cope with everything else.

    anxiety

    heart palps

    24/7 tension headaches, head pressure

    ear pressure, ringing

    loss of appetite

    bizarre nightmares and on and off insomnia

    worst allergies

    mood swings

    neck pain, back pain

    TMJ flare up (thanks to peri anxiety)

    thinning hair

    feeling tired most of the time

    Peri has been a total nightmare, I just can't wait to get done with it.

    my symptoms have gone through roof the last few weeks, sick, dizzy, headaches, off balance, anxiety through the roof.... but over last 3 days now honestly finding it do hard to cope with the palpitations and missed heart beats! oh my god it hasnt left me once and its exhausting , literally feel my heart in my throat as if its just going to stop beating!

    i am so down with it all...

      im having a hard time with palps too since my last cycle scares me to death i dont know how to do any of this no more im tired of crying i

    stomach issues , wind , head pressure , eye problems , dizzy , lower back pain , jelly legs , fatigue etc am 51 still having periods

      im struggling with lots of burping and stomach wind...you the same??...it is stronger. today and other times and driving me insane...

      Is your symptoms simular?

      Hi yes the wind is awful , just constant at times ,and burping , it drives me mad , 3 days now at moment belly full of wind xx
