I have had tinnitus for about 18-20 years and globus on and off for about 10 years.
The only globus med that worked for me was diazepam (Valium) 5mg works within 30mins 100% of the time for me.
The tinnitus I have just learned to live with as will you, theres no point beating yourself up about it, if its been checked its harmless but annoying.
Get your globus symptoms checked at docs / hospital and once you have a diagnosis of globus accept it, move on and enjoy your life...
Any questions please ask..
Best wishes

Hi Riri,
Both tinnitus and globus are anxiety related. Tinnitus is there daily, globus comes and goes.
I have a lot of experience of anti depressants as prescribed medication for my anxiety and depression.
If you have a specific question dont hesitate to ask..

That’s really interesting and giving me peace of mind that you say that because I remember when I was medicating last year the tinnitus stoped bothering me!
The thing is my tinnitus is neurological! My ent and audiologist said there’s no need for hearing aids and to stop obsessing over tinnitus but they just don’t get it they are so unsympathetic
