Can't Handle Perimenopause Symptoms Anymore!!!

I think I have been in perimenopause for about 8 years now. I will be 49 in April. The last 10 months of my life have been horrible. The symptoms never seem to let up. They are only getting worse. My quality of life is absolutely terrible. The Jitters, Anxiety, Heart Palpitations, Panic Attacks, Blurred Vision, Dizziness, Off Balance Feeling, Pressure in My Head, Etc are ruining my life. I don't know what to do anymore. I have lost 20 pounds, eat organic and clean, no sugar, salt, caffeine or chocolate. I take a ton of supplements, progesterone cream, some soy, amino acids, calcium magnesium vitamin d fish oil, do acupuncture etc. Can't shake these terrible symptoms. I feel hopeless like this is who I will be for the rest of my life. I cry every morning when I wake up because I feel this way every morning. I don't even recognize myself in the mirror anymore. Went to Target with my Mom the other day and got stuck at the end of an isle holding on to a shelf for dear life crying. I felt so off balance, had a panic attack and couldn't move for a minute. This can't be my life forever. It's horrible. I want to go on hikes like I use to, go to the beach and boogie board again.. I cry just typing this because now I can't seem to do anything without having a panic attack. Sorry for this vent I'm just so discouraged by these symptoms that just don't stop

Yo may want to see a Psychiatrist, they are licensed to write prescriptions as well as give advice to what may be triggering these issues. Get a referral and make usre to get all your blood tests run.

Aside from that go get a comprehensive hormone panel, I pla to as soon as I can afford it, if you isolate some hormones which might be majorly out of wack ypthen you could work towards supplementing or getting the right meds to correct it.
Its no way to live the way you are right now, I am there too.
Hope you feel better soon

Best things I think are b12, a good multivitamin and magnesium.
Best thing prescribed HRT.

can i ask what HRT are you on and what dosage and if bio-identical, really looking into this now as yours seems to be working for you?

I'm going to ask when I see the doctor if I can try 3 or 4 pumps of the oestrogel because I had such an amazing improvement in sleep for the first 8 nights on oestrogel. If that doesn't help I may try lowering the dose to one pump.
But it has helped massively with anxiety and depression.
I'm also able to stay under the covers all night and instead of being hot all the time I just get that on occasions.
Lots of niggling aches and pains are better. My shoulder is taking time but at 3 months in it's gone back to how it began on and off instead of all the time.
At weeks 6 to 8 I almost gave up because I had many peri symptoms return especially sick and queasy all the time and a horrible taste.
I'm glad I stuck with it.
I did try livial before (it made a few things better but I had some breathing issue with it) I find this one much better, the difference in the first few weeks was amazing.

Hello I a new and what drew my attention is your message with you saying your shoulder. Did you have trouble with your shoulder. 3 yrs ago i had a partial hysterectomy. About a year ago i started having trouble with my gallblader which was removed and i was able to go back to eating. But that pain that i felt a little under my shoulder hasnt subsided. Now i feel like spasm around my shoulder i have been going to therapy which has helped but it is getting costly. The pain keeps coming back. It feeling like a stabbing pain and its more when i have done alot throughout the day. I dont know if it has to do with menopause. My whole body aches my allergies have gone crazy. It feels like all my bones and muscles hurt. I am on the patch .0275 it has helped the hot flashes and mood swings. But i still feell very tired and i am driving myself crazy thinking i am going to die soon
. This year i have been to so many doctors
. Has anybody else felt this way?

Columbia,
I'm the same! I've been sick since August with sooo many crazy symptoms. So many doctors and tests. The left upper back pain next to my shoulder always nagging and trouble breathing too. I had my GB removed end of Nov but still not feeling well. I too think I'm dying. It's just awful.
Have just recently found out my ferritin level was very low and started taking iron supplements and eating more iron rich foods. Some symptoms have gone away, like heart palps, shakiness, anxiety, starting to get easier to breathe. New GYN started me on natural progesterone pills, thought it was great for the first 5 nights as it helped me sleep, but night 6 here I am typing at 3 AM. Latest symptom is awful rotator pain in my right shoulder, having MRI tomorrow. But my left shoulder is kind of hurting too. God, I'm a mess. I'm 52 and still getting my period. Ready for the torture to be over! It's just hard to know if it's peri or some awful disease that's being missed!

Is it your left shoulder blade? Or whole shoulder like rotator?
I've had both, frozen shoulder in right was terrible pain.
But I've had a stabbing pain in my left back near shoulder blade, one of my first symptoms and I believe now it's from my spleen. Peri kicked up old EBV.
