You could have a combination of things going on: are you sexually active at the moment, if so do you use protection or not, have you received oral?
When you say " hips and burns " - are you getting pain in the hips?
How long does the burning sensation last for, a minute or 2, or is it more or less present all the time?

How could oral have caused this?

Many people falsely believe that oral is safe or relatively safe when in fact oral is one of the main transmission routes of sexual infections ....

Wee-Dug, any idea what would cause this from unprotected oral sex? i've had sti checks and seen a number of health care professionals but nobody had a clue.

It would be best if you started your own Forum Post - "New Discussion" button is below left.
Give as much detail as possible about what the issue or issues are, how long the problem has existed and the type of health professionals you have seen; e.g. GP / Family Doctor, specialist such as urologist, dermatologist and so on. Detail any medication you have tried, if any.
Several photos clearly showing the problem are often essential to give meaningful comment and make appropriate suggestions
What you may have is a combination of issues and the oral was a trigger for symptoms to become obvious

what method was used to test for chlamydia and gonorrhea?
the typical testing is first flow urine test.
tthis is accurate for a genital infection of chlamydia and or gonorrhea but will not catch oral or anal infections.
theoretically you should have a urine test and two swabs to detect chlamydia and/or gonorrhea and all of the infection locations.
and since chlamydia can be asymptomatic and most people it's possible for someone to have an oral infection and not know it and then pass it to someone during oral sex and then that person has some form of reaction.
so without a throat swab at least you don't know for sure you don't have an oral infection for chlamydia and or gonorrhea. but few people have gonorrhea infections and don't know it unlike chlamydia which can oftentimes be completely asymptomatic.
