Anchovy Butter

This savoury anchovy butter is a versatile kitchen staple that adds an instant depth of flavour to a variety of dishes. By combining rich unsalted butter with the salty punch of anchovies, pungent garlic, and a hint of lemon, you create a complex condiment that melts beautifully over hot proteins. It is an excellent way to introduce umami notes to your cooking without the need for sugary shop-bought sauces or marinades.

As a diabetes-friendly option, this flavoured butter is high in healthy fats and contains no hidden carbohydrates, making it a brilliant accompaniment for grilled meats, steamed green beans, or pan-fried fish. Whether you serve it immediately or roll it into a log to slice for later use, it provides a sophisticated finishing touch for any home-cooked meal.
