Avocado, Kale, Pineapple, and Coconut Smoothie

This vibrant avocado, kale, and pineapple smoothie is an energising vegan breakfast option, perfect for those seeking a nutrient-dense start to the day. The creamy texture of the avocado balances beautifully with the tropical sweetness of pineapple and coconut, while a handful of Tuscan kale adds a powerful boost of antioxidants. A touch of matcha powder provides a gentle caffeine lift, making it a sophisticated alternative to your standard fruit shake.

Refreshing and naturally dairy-free, this green smoothie is ideal for a post-workout recovery or a quick weekday morning meal. The addition of coconut water and fresh lemon juice ensures a light, hydrating finish that isn't overly sweet.
