I am getting post for artharitis but not pmr why?

Hi all,
I have checked every user in this discussion who says they are not receiving emails and all of the accounts are set up correctly and emails are being sent to all accounts as expected. If any user is still having problems after checking this post (you should have received an email about this post) can you please let me know and I will try and advise on an individual basis but I cannot see any issues.
As Eileen says you can also use this page https://patient.info/forums/me/notifications to check your notifications.
The only things that may make it seem like emails are not being sent is if any groups you are members of or discussions you are following have not had many new discussions or replies respectively.
To receive emails about new discussions you have to be a member of that particular group eg arthritis, not all users mentioning that group are members so won't receive emails.
NB there are a few different arthritis groups - Arthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoarthritis and Reactive Arthritis .

Thank you, Alan. I did wonder if perhaps there hadn't been much in the interim and suddenly there have been a lot of posts and therefore emails. That appears to be the answer.

Dear Moderator, i am getting my emails through notifications, and not emails i am checking everyday. thanks for your help, my emails are working as i am getting emails as notmal from other sources, just not this site.

Hi Margaret,
I have checked and emails are being sent and opened by you according to our email provider. As I said above it may be that the groups you are in and the discussions you are following are not very active just now so not many emails are being sent.
The other thing is the notifications on site come through quicker than emails in some cases but if you can provide me with an example of a notification you have had on the site for which you never received an email I can look further.

Do you know if the issue of not being able to scroll down through the messages unless you mark them all as read will ever be fixed? I've been terribly busy lately (moving soon) and if you miss even one day of checking the notifications they are already out of hand. I've pretty much given up.
