IBS on anticandida diet? Food or die-off?

Hi! I've been following anticandida diet for cca 2 months. After die-off which occured a month ago and lasted for about 1 week, my symptoms got better but the new issue started to bother me: digestive issues. I have frequent stomach cramps, nausea and frequent soft stool (3-5 times a day). I feel that some food irritates my stomach and bowels: avocado, coconut oil, almond milk and coffee. Is this a normal part of die-off reactions or I am just intolerant? Which food is allowed on the diet and is good to calm my stomach? I had some mild digestive issues before candida, never this irritating. Please help! Thank you smile
