The MyHealth Services are intended to provide you with medical, health, fitness or similar information based upon details you provide regarding your lifestyle preferences, family and clinical history and your health goals and it is intended for you to use solely as an educational aid. The information is not designed to replace the expertise and judgment of your doctor, pharmacist or any other healthcare professional and it is not advice on which you should rely. You are advised that decisions regarding the diagnosis and treatment of any medical condition, including decisions regarding drug therapy, are complex medical decisions requiring the independent and informed judgment of appropriate healthcare professionals. Registering for an Account

The Website Discussion Forums are community sites to which you can submit details of your health experiences for display, indexing and feedback from other registered users.

If you choose to register for an account with our Website then if you select, or you are given, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our registration or security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential.
