Please Help, Im BEGGING

-20 yr old male

-no family history of heart disease

-diagnosed with General Anxiety Disorder

I have always gotten these flutter-like feelings in my chest. Lately they have gotten worse. I have been to 3 cardiologists, and been to the ER 4 times in the last 4 months. I had an echo-cardiogram done last November, which came back normal. I also did a 30-day-event monitor and that came back normal and about 5 ECGs that came back normal. People are telling me its anxiety but attacks like today make me think otherwise. I was driving home and it i had a heart flutter,  but this one lasted about 10 seconds and i got dizzy with back pain after. Should I be concerned, or should I accept that it is anxiety?
