Rosemary qualified with double first class honours from Cambridge University, and after training in sexual health, obstetrics and gynaecology became a GP.
She is now the senior partner in a practice in South London, where she has worked for the past 29 years, and specialises in sexual and women's health.
She worked as the resident doctor on BBC Breakfast for 18 years, and continues to work for BBC Radio. She's also the regular medical columnist for the Daily Express, Sunday Express and Women and Home magazine.
