These turkey cutlets with coriander-almond sauce offer a vibrant and nutritious alternative to traditional poultry dishes. By combining lean turkey breast with a punchy dressing of fresh coriander, red-wine vinegar, and toasted almonds, you create a plate that is high in protein but light on the palate. The subtle warmth of ground coriander and cinnamon adds an aromatic depth that perfectly complements the nutty crunch of the almonds.
