Air Fryer Memphis-Style BBQ Pork Ribs

These Memphis-style BBQ pork ribs bring the deep, smoky flavours of Tennessee to your kitchen using the convenience of an air fryer. This high-protein dish relies on a meticulously balanced dry rub made from dark brown sugar, sweet paprika, and savoury spices to create a beautifully caramelised crust without the need for a traditional smoker. By standing the ribs upright in the basket, you ensure the hot air circulates perfectly for an even, golden finish.

Ideal for a quick weeknight dinner or a weekend treat, these ribs are exceptionally tender on the inside with a satisfyingly crisp exterior. Serve them alongside a fresh green salad or some homemade coleslaw for a balanced, nutritious meal that feels truly indulgent. It is a foolproof way to enjoy authentic barbecue flavours in under forty minutes.
